This bra is almost great. I love the cup design in that it easily fit the Spectra pump flange and I didn't have to unclip anything. The bra held on the containers hands free for 4 oz per container.That said, the straps are extremely uncomfortable. It feels like that are cutting into my skin even after I've loosened them. The back plastic bits are irritating my back and I'm constantly shifting the straps and I've only been wearing the bra for 2-3 hours. I was hoping washing the bra would soften the edge of the straps a bit but it didn't.Additionally, my nipples felt a bit tender using this bra. I think since the cup fabric is so soft, the weight of the pump containers sags/pulls a little as they get weighed down with milk. It felt better when I supported the container with my hand, but that defeats the purpose of hands free.So, you get what you pay for. This is a functional bra for the price. I like to wear pumping bras to work so that I can quickly and easily take pumping breaks. This bra functions well as a pumping bra, but when I wear it by itself, it has weird seams that create unsightly bulging. Ideally, I don't want others to know that I am wearing a pumping bra. I have another pumping bra that isn't available anymore on Amazon. I love that one because it lays pretty flat and doesn't do any weird bulging. I was not super impressed by this bra. The deep v is not very forgiving for larger breasts, there have been a few times where I questioned if I was going to stay in the bra. The opening for the flanges do their job but honestly I was surprised, they feel too flimsy to be successful but I haven’t had any accidents yet. I was hoping that I would be able to wear it out in public but it does not give near enough support to even think about that. I suppose it’s an ok home bra but that’s it. These are the best pumping-nursing bras. I ended up purchasing three of them. They are incredibly comfortable. Have relatively good support and a very simple and clever design. For the most part, they lay flat under your clothes, though it's not completely seamless.I enjoy the simplicity of pulling it down to nurse so I'm not fiddling with straps.My only wish is that the straps were adjustable so you can modify the level of support as needed, especially since the fabric eventually gets stretched out.Straps are a little thick, so you can't wear it with all kinds of tops, but they are WAY thinner than some of the other nursing bras out there. I bought this product because the reviews were positive. It arrived, I tried it on and wore it around. The spot where the hook for the strap is sewn (glued?) had a rough edge that tore my skin up terribly! One side was worse than the other. I reached out to the company and they offered to send me a new one, which they did, and I checked the area that caused issues originally and it felt MUCH better!And then I wore it around. Exact same issue. The bra material is really comfortable and stretchy, but the strap setup is just really low quality, and my skin is abraded as a result. Not worth the money. Read more

Bra is very comfortable, thin, great fo summer and sleep. I use it with my Ameda pump and it works great. It is thin so you will have to wear nursing pads if you plan to go in public. I've only had this for 2 weeks and the piece of material that connects the bottom go the top is shredded and about to break. I only wear this bra to sleep in so I'm very disappointed. Everytime I wash it, it gets worse. But it's a nursing bra, you have to wash it regularly or it will smell like rotten milk. Read more

I am currently a 38D, bigger when I have milk and Medium was the worst choice I could make for this bra. It is so tight and causes the flanges to dig deeply into my breasts when I’m trying to pump. It’s extremely uncomfortable and worse could also damage milk ducts and affect your milk supply. I’ve gotten to where I just don’t use it and just hold the bottles instead. Does it work?
