The bag is roomy and stylish. Makes me feel like I'm carrying a purse rather than a lunch bag which is what I wanted. There are two minor issues which had I known about them might have caused me not to purchase. 1. The zipper is recessed down just a bit too far into the bag which cuts into what could be usable space. 2. the pockets on the outside don't have any elastic or stretch to them so there isn't much you can put into them before they are at capacity. It would be nice if they were a bit more easily accessed. Overall though I would say this is a nice bag for the price. Read more
So I tried this bag for a few days and the quality is exceptional- but the design is slightly flawed with the outside pockets. I got this to use as a lunch bag and to be able to leave my purse at home, but still carry small essentials. Unfortunately when you have the center compartment full, there is absolutely zero expansion room on the outer pockets. My phone barely fit, a tube of mascera, my car key and one small (flat) bottle of lotion were all extremely difficult to get in or out of the pouches. So because of this, I chose to return it as the bag did not meet my needs. But the quality was great, the fabric was soft and easy to clean, and the thermal portion kept my food cold all day. I’m a registered dietitian and I recommend bentos to my clients all the time as a tool to help build healthy meals. Keeping them cool and safe is always a consideration. Carrying an insulated lunch bag isn't usually much of a fashion statement, but this one is functional and pretty cute! What I love about this bag is that it holds plenty of food (a couple full-size bentos, ice packs, and some extras) as well as essentials like phone, sunglasses, and billfold, so I don't have to carry a purse, too. It's surprisingly roomy considering the exterior dimensions. My daughters can take their #balletbentos to the studio and keep them cool, and they don't mind using the lunch tote on days they may be packing multiple meals, since it looks good. Love it. The bag is stylish... Holds my water bottle, juice bottle, coffee flash and mug comfortably ... Alone with my various bowls.... Plus there is still extra room for my wallet, phone and other accessories... The material it’s made from also makes me feel like I’m helping in healing or land....I will definitely recommend.... I got this because I wanted a lunch bag that looked more like a purse and that could also be used as a purse/lunch bag. I like that this has pockets on the outside. However, the side pockets are not deep enough to carry coffee thermos or soda bottle. One of the side pockets is also starting to rip open already. If you added a couple pockets on the inside and made outside side pockets deeper, this would be perfect bag to use as purse/lunch bag combo. Read more
It was well constructed and look very nice. The only thing I didn't love was that I had to load everything sideways. When put things in the top, lots of times they fell down because it's only cloth inside. So your purse items on top are only held up by what is in the bottom. Read more
I’m really enjoying this lunch tote! I used to bring an insulated lunch bag and stuff my purse with remaining snacks daily, now I have a tote that takes care of both. I’ve been putting an ice pack at the bottom and placing out kinsho bento boxes on top and it keeps the food cold. It has lots of side compartments to hold items. We pack them with sun block, sanitizer, pouches, snack bars and gum. It’s had a lot of space inside, it’s durable and easy to clean, plus it’s cute! Only thing I could say is that I wish the zipper area was bigger so I could pack to the top-but I am a mama that likes to have an overload of goodies. Read more
