The lunch box is rather larger than I expected - which is great and it seems insulated enough to keep food/drink items cold through the work day.My only complaint is that the front zipper pocket was sewn shut on both sides resulting in a dysfunctional zipper pocket. Or you could say; resulting in a "decorative" zipper pocket, that you could not open up at all.In the picture and the description of the lunch box, this front pocket is functional.I will be returning and/or exchanging for another lunch box. Great lunch bag for work! I love that it looks a little nicer/ more professional that just a regular lunch box. Great size, holds quite a bit, but not too big and bulky to easily carry. Extra pockets are great for water bottles, or utensils. Spilled coffee on it the first day I used it ( that's just who I am as a person) and was surprised at how easily it cleaned up. I've only had for a few weeks, so I can't speak to the durability quite yet, but so far so good. Read more
Wife loves this. Keeps her food warm. Much better than we expected. Handle holds lot weight and no tears. Bag holds shape when place heavier dishes. Zippers work smooth after about 30 lunch trips. Great size. I like that it fits much more than you might think. Looks great. I ordered two of these. The black one arrived a little dirty, but I gave it a chance because the price was unbelievable.
