I was hesitant to buy a laptop online without being able to handle it and feel the keyboard keys, etc, but this is a really nice laptop and a great price. I looked at Best Buy, Office Depot, Staples, Amazon, and even Walmart, this was a great price for what I got. It has a nice brushed silver look to the outside and the keyboard has a nice feel, screen is perfect size and the specs are Exactly what I wanted. The set up took about 20 minutes but I was also constantly distracted by my kids throughout, so it’ll probably take everyone else a Lot less time to get it done haha.It has an unusual looking charger block but I will say that it charged faster than Any other device I have, like insanely fast. I’ll mostly be using this for online classes, but I have to be able to multi task and not loose speed in the process. This is a great little computer (compared to my multi screen set up). It is so easy to use... I opened it up and it literally started talking me through the set up process without me pushing a button (other than power) or charging it up. I was impressed. It’s also very stylish. I can’t comment on the battery life or touch screen as I don’t use it that way yet. I was surprised/saddened that it didn’t have a port for Ethernet... and I had to buy an adapter so I can plug in two HDMI cables... but you can’t have everything! Over I’m glad I made this purchase! I bought this PC for teaching online and immediately noticed the difference in speed (not that it was an even comparison to the 4GB RAM Chromebook or 2009 MacBook, ha!). I’m able to hold a video call, present a slideshow, and easily switch between tabs. That’s really all I wanted, which is why I chose the 20 GB RAM option. I’m not super knowledgeable about computers, so I really can’t speak to any of the other specs. The keyboard and trackpad placement is a little weird. Haven’t quite figured out exactly what happened with the design there. Maybe it’s because I’m right handed? But I got used to it. All in all, it’s a PC, and it does the job. The product is great. I'm comparing it to a Lenovo Chromebook. The battery life on the Chromebook is four times longer. The speed on the Chromebook is slightly faster. The reason for this is the Chromebook has a lot less bells and whistles. There are some things I just cannot do on the Chromebook therefore I got the Lenovo Windows laptop as well. The Lenovo does more in the background so the battery goes dead more quickly. I find myself using the Chromebook when I don't need the bells and whistles because it is a bit faster. They were both the same price range, I guess I just have an aversion to Windows 10. Read more

At first: I love the laptop but it's hard to figure out the new internet layout with the side tabs. I went through and moved them back to the top like normal.Now three months later: the touch screen cracked on the left side. And they won't let me return it b/c I've had it over a month! I can't even access the start menu! Super suckage! It also gave me a really hard time about downloading an old game I had. I was admin but it kept saying I needed admin permission! WTF... Read more
