My son is 2 y 5m. Hi's absolutely average in weight and height for his age. I expected this sack to be a bit large. I don't know if this item will be ok for my son in 1 year (manufacture write that it's for 2-4 y.o. children - I really doubt it will be good for 4y.o.) Looks great and fits water bottle and few other bits. Perhaps rein could be a bit longer and hood bit more depth, my toddler has lots of hair to squeeze in there. My 18mth old wears it when he's out of pushchair as I also have baby and want to be able to keep hold of him. The first one was faulty as hood giraffe missing antler, but rang them and they sent out another next day delivery and I returned the faulty one, so happy with service. Read more
I bought this for my 16 month old who has just started walking. The backpack is very cute and he seems to like wearing it, however, the harness tends to ride up on him and it doesn't offer any support when he trips, like traditional reins do. I have bought a set of traditional reins until he is more steady on his feet, I think the backpack will be great when he's a bit older and wants the freedom to wander whilst I have a safe hold on him. Lovely toddlers rucksack which has a zipped compartment. It has a wonderful tail dangling down but also it has a giraffe head hood to help keep the rain off. Such a lovely colour and design. I used this for about a year from 18 months and it wore very well. I would highly recommend this item. Read more
Lightweight and small enough for our little 2 year old but I am sure it will be perfect as he gets bigger too! The top strap is so important when you want to keep them close, and the little hood (it is quite small) is a bonus for rainy days! The cutest backpack ever! Read more
I know there is this debate wheather you should have your toddler on a lead etc. but I think better safe than sorry! This is a great little backpack that can carry an extra nappy and some wipes as well as a drink snd snack or a favorite toy. I love it and so does my daughter. Fully recommend it! Read more
