I highly recommend this blanket! I looked everywhere for something to use for picnics or relaxing in the park that was water resistant and not ugly. Most of them have super bright and obnoxious patterns or are completely plain. This brand seems to be a baby/children brand but I purchased this just for myself. The poppy print is pretty and not babyish at all. The day I received it I took it on a picnic under a shady tree in the park and there was no water seeping through even though the grass was damp underneath. It didn't even seem to absorb water on the bottom because it was dry when I went to fold it back up. I'm also glad I got this size and not the 5x5, this is the perfect size for two adults plus snacks! This thing is great. It’s beautiful, waterproof, easy to fold up and carry, etc.The reason I took off one star is because though this is designed to be a versatile outdoor/picnic item, grass clings to it like CRAZY. Used it once. The material felt gross and everything clung to it with static (bark dust, dirt, etc.). I won’t be using it often because of the feel of the material. I should’ve known 100% polyester would be about as comfortable and sweaty as laying on a tarp. Yuck. So disappointed for the price tag. Read more

I rarely leave reviews, but I’m pretty frustrated about this purchase. I received this product this evening and I immediately opened the blanket to check it out. It was folded nicely and the brand new tag attached. Once I opened it, I realized It was clearly used. There is sandy grit (feels like beach sand) all over it (tried to show in 2 images). I inspected it further and found a few places with tattered fabric coming apart (photo). The handle looks like there’s a whitish smear on it (probably sunscreen). I needed this for my baby and I to sit on during my older child’s soccer practice in 2 days. We love all things little unicorn, so I knew I had to have this outdoor blanket. Originally, we bought the 5x5 from Target but when I saw the bigger size on Amazon, I knew we needed an upgrade. This is great for outdoor use. We have used it in our backyard, at the park, down by the river and so many more places. It is so easy to wipe up and clean. The best part is that there is a small board in the bottom that helps you fold the blanket perfectly to close back up and use the shoulder strap. It's lightweight for the size although a little bulky. I love the design and colors! There are other colors as well, but this was my favorite. I love the size of this blanket (actually easy to have 4 adults sit and enjoy a concert or snack on it), how durable it is, the print, and convenience. It's also nice because some outdoor blankets are a different material front side from back, so if you don't want the floral side up (I use it for photoshoots when a family needs to sit in wet grass), you can flip it over and have the green side up and it's equally as lovely. Love how easily this blanket folds up.The colors are exactly how they are depicted I got sunbaked and it's gorgeous.Th strap is super convenient when it's just me and my baby I still feel comfortable handling her diaper bag stroller and this blanket.I love that the wet grass doesn't get through and makes for easy clean up after.The size is plenty of space for myself my 1 year old and my husband.I feel like there are probably cheaper alternatives BUT I specifically fell in love with the design and the quality is great. Perfect outdoor blanket! It unfolds and folds up easily, it protects against moisture and dirt and cleans up easily. The side you sit on is soft, but still protective against harm from the elements. The blue plaid is beautiful. The size is large, but leaves plenty of room from 2 adults and a kid or two. Love it! Read more
