I decided to try the little twig unscented shampoo after having tried the conditioner with success. Unfortunately, the pump on the shampoo was defective, and it ended up spilling out into a soapy mess. Fortunately, the shampoo leakage was in a sealed bag instead all over the box.I've posted pictures showing the broken pump, and the mess in the bag. I tried fixing the pump, but two small pieces broke off and the pump kind of came apart. Luckily, I had an extra one from an empty conditioner bottle.If you're still going to buy these bottles from the little twig company, I would advise you to hold on to your old pumps since there seems to be a quality control issue.I'm giving them 4 stars because the shampoo mess was sealed, and because they are going to send a replacement. It's hard to find a good scent-free shampoo, so I tried this "little twig" shampoo. It indeed doesn't trigger my fragrance sensitivities ... but it doesn't slide through my hair very easily, so I had to use a ton on my long hair. If it would go farther I would probably give it another try. I think it washed my demi-permanent color out, though. I suddenly had all my grays exposed, and it's too soon for my color to fade that much on its own. Of course, babies don't have long hair OR grays, so it is probably great for them. Just not for me. The bottle itself is teeny tiny literally fits in palm of hand. Has zero scent no smell of any kind whatsoever which is good if you are allergic to fragrance. Not economical esp for every day use. I will be looking for another brand (larger size). Read more
