We’ve been through a number of bottles of Little Twig, both the lavender and the happy tangerine. I have no complaints, both of them leave my two year olds baby fine hair soft and tangle free (I’ve always used them with the little twig conditioner as well). I do not purchase or care for the overly sweet, fake, chemical smelling kids shampoos you can buy in most stores; both the lavender and the tangerine have an amazingly accurate and natural smell. We're finally stepping away from the baby J&J type shampoos as my 4 year olds hair is down to the small of her back. Her regular shampoo does nothing for the tangles and major dirt particles she picks up so we gave this brand a shot. I have to say, it smells incredible without being too strong and the shampoo and conditioner left her hair so silky and wonderful. There were hardly any tangles in her hair afterwards!! I really like using a gentle shampoo on my 3 yo hair. The scent is very mild. I find her hair smells like wet dog after washing it with this shampoo. However, it smell good after it is dry. Weird. But I do like the product. Read more

Been using this shampoo on my toddler for a couple of weeks now and I’m sad to say it did not work for us. I had really high hopes for this shampoo, and maybe I hyped it up too much. The shampoo dried my daughters hair out so much, the conditioner did help but overall her hair felt so brittle and dry. So it’s a no from us. Also it’s way overpriced for what it is. Read more

It could be because I'm not using the conditioner (because I can't be bothered with a 2 step process for my wriggly 1.5 year old) but I find this a little drying. I like the scent and the safe ingredients but I need something a little more moisturizing for my baby. Read more

The kids like this shampoo a lot more than Kiss My Face ones we were using. It is still a good thinner consistency, but the pump makes it so much easier to dispense. We don't wash our kids hair every day unless they really get dirty, so we haven't experienced any of the drying out that other reviewers have mentioned. My daughter's longer hair does not need detangler after either. Lathers well and rinses out fast! Read more
