Works amazing! He likes the taste of it and is happy to take it! I've tried it myself and it has a much better taste than mylicon or some of the generic brands. My opinion. This was one of many life savers for my colicky son. I gave every 2 hours around the clock and at night time I gave with each time he woke up for a feed. If your baby is gassy or seems to be having stomach troubles. GIVE IT EVERY 2 HOURS OR ATLEASTBEITH EVERY FEED ITS SAFE. Even though it says that on the box it wasn't until a friend insisted I give it as often as possible that I realized I wasn't using it to its full ability. Also note that simethicone doesn't make gas go away. It helps to break the gas down in the stomach to make it easier for your infant or toddler to pass the gas. So if you baby is passing more gas when taking it, that's what is supposed to happen! Have you ever had a gas pain in your stomach and just wished it would work its way out so it would go away. It hurts! Well this helps your babies stomach do just that. GIVE IT. It will not hurt them. Even if you aren't sure that's what the fuss is about. Just give it to knock one possibility off the list.
