I bought this Listerine sprayer because I've been chasing a solution for my predicament: I've been in chemotherapy on & off for 3 years so the inside of my mouth has changed. No matter what I eat or drink, the after-taste is horrible. That's even after non-alcoholic mouthwash & brushing my teeth. It seems to be the worst at night, when I'm laying down & trying to sleep.Anyway I have tried just about everything to remove the after-tastes (most likely from the chemo) & suddenly I remembered that I had seen an ad for these Listerine portable sprayers so off I go... to Amazon.A couple of days later, my prayers were answered! Listerine (being the strongest mouthwash I ever came across but unfortunately couldn't use out of a bottle because of painful mouth sores) had now given me a way to gently spray just a little into my mouth. Well, gently? It's more like a strong spray. So, I may look a little crazy but because it's so powerful, I hold the sprayer about a foot from my mouth & spray 2 to 3x. And yes, most of it gets on my face and not in my mouth, but that little bit that does, alters any horrible after-tastes that I have and soon, I will be asleep. And usually when I get up in the morning, my mouth still tastes like fading Wintergreen.So, if you had bad breath or have my particular issue with chemicals changing your tongue/mouth, etc., I advise trying this out and if the Listerine is too strong for you, try working with the sprayer (use more/less sprays than they suggest or alter the distance from the bottle to your mouth when spraying, etc.) and maybe you can get the much - needed relief that I did. This is very similar to a travel size mouthwash container, only there is a squirt feature rather than a screw cap. I initially could not figure out how to use this and removed the lid, only to have the spring fall out and I had to figure out how to put it back together. It is virtually impossible to see where the spray comes out of in low lighting. I was hoping to spray some in my mouth before meeting a potential lover, only to spray it on my steering wheel instead. I usually like to keep this pocket mist close to me, so I managed to hand this with my key chain. There are many positives to take from this the best one is that this is small and can easily be accommodated in a considerably limited space, it does do its work of helping out freshening your breath. The not so good thing is that it is super minty and few might not like it, but another thing to it is that the cold mint only lasts for a while and then you should be fine. But again people with sensitive skin should better prefer alternatives like flossing or chewing a gum as well.
