I've been using and enjoying the benefits of a collagen supplement of some form for nearly a year. I got this liquid supplement for those days when I don't have time to mix my favor collagen (Which is the best tasting collagen powder I've ever used!) and I'm pleased that it also contains biotin!Although the Super Natural Goods Liquid Biotin Collagen Drops are "sugar-free," they are very sweet and have a syrupy texture. I prefer to mix it with water to dilute the taste.I like that this product is made in the USA and, although some will find the taste more pleasant than others, it is far more tolerable than almost all powdered forms of collagen!The item arrived in a bubble-wrap sleeve and the bottle was safety-sealed. The price isn't bad for 2 fluid ounces!Refrigerate after opening.Bottomline, unless and until I find a better-tasting liquid biotin and collagen drop, I will continue using the Super Natural Goods Liquid Biotin Collagen Drops the benefits it provides.If for any reason my opinion changes, I will update my review. it needs to be refrigerated once opened and used frequently to provide some improvements. It has a unique flavor that isn't intolerable and is easy to swallow. Has a weird after taste that lingers for a bit, so I take a drink with it when I use it. The amount of biotin and collagen in the bottle is great and is more than most brands for the price. I do have to say this disclaimer as to why I provided my rating:I've been losing my hair on my head and beard area and have been trying it all, derma rolling, minoxidil, hair growth pills, and biotin supplements, and to be completely honest nothing has stopped my hair loss quite yet. I think if you are starting to lose a little hair, or have brittle nails, this will help thicken them up but care to your scalp and body is highly recommended to keep the follicles healthy and growing hair. What I did like with this is the easy use, no pills to swallow. The flavor is okay, not bad or great. I don't take every day as I was told by my NP that in some, Biotin can mess w/yr Thyroid. It really does help my nails and my hair growth! Downside of taking the doses from this bottle..Importantly I think, the dropper is not marked. No increments on it.
