Felt nauseas a few hours after taking with meal and large glass of water. Experimented and opened capsule and poured powder in 1/2 cup of water. About an hour later stirred mixture and it had turned into thick gel. Had placed the empty blue capsule in separate water and the water has turned very blue from the dye. That being said- if you want a product that turns into a big blob of thick gel with lots of blue dye filling up your stomach then go for it! But it’s definitely not for me.
