I used to take these twice a day, one pill at a time, for 2-8 months. I dropped 50+ pounds. I started out around 230-250 and when I was finished I was around 140-145. I used them everyday for the first two months then it went to when I remembered to take them. They really helped. I’m starting them again in hopes to boost my metabolism and fat reduction. You HAVE to drink each pill with no less then 16 ounces of water, and excerise. Otherwise it will do nothing. You have to burn more calories than you take in, otherwise you’ll gain or stay the same.
