This would be the perfect travel mirror IF it had a 10x instead of a 7x and IF the cute little velour carry case were padded so that when you pack it away in your suitcase or whatever you don’t run the chance of crushing the mirror since when it folds flat the mirror folds upright. Otherwise, this is a great mirror. When unfolded on a table it was at the perfect height for me to see my face. The size of the mirror was also large enough to see my entire face. The LED lights were bright enough and the different light levels were nice. I also appreciated that they thought of putting the slip resistant pads on the bottom of the mirror so that it doesn’t tilt over. If only it had a padded carry case I would have given it 5 stars. I am happy with the mirror! It is much lighter than the other tri fold mirror that I bought from another brand. I love the size n weight which are not too heavy for my traveling. I intend to bring for my trips due to dim lighting at some hotels. The lighting also more natural than the other LED mirror I bought from another brand. The height is also good, just right. I find my other tri fold mirror too low, I have bend n move close to see myself clearly. But my unit came with a slight damage, the 7x magnification side has a small chipped. Will contact seller to get replacement. The other point you might want to note is due to the design of the mirror, double sided, it easily get finger prints when you are adjusting the angle. Recently purchased this mirror to use while traveling in Europe. The battery option allowed me to be able to see to get ready for my business meetings even when my hotel room did not have power for 2 days, so don't forget your batteries. The batteries lasted for well over a week of daily use before they needed to be changed. The 7X was the perfect size for my use. LOVE that both sides are fully lit. Initially I really liked this product. Some of the reviews stated that it was not easily adjustable, the arm would fall down making it very hard to use. This was true but with a little effort I was able to properly adjust mine. I purchased this mirror on July 23, 2020. This morning I tried to use it but was unable to get it to stay up. On inspection I found it was cracked at the base. The mirror never left the counter, never fell, nor abused. I can not recommend this product as it does not last. Read more

The mirror was exactly what I was looking for to travel with. The light was adequate and the size of the mirror showed my whole face. It folds up flat for easy packing. The first one I got was defective in that it did not work with the batteries, only the cable. I contacted the company and they immediately sent a new one which works beautifully. It’s decent. I liked it a lot at first. It’s great for travel. Problem is it started to become sensitive to touch. It’ll turn on, dim and turn off by bumping it. It has a smart touch button on back of base. Put batteries in thinking it was the cord. It’s worse because unplugging doesn’t solve it. I mean any touch on any part of item and nowhere near button. I have been looking at small lighted travel sized mirrors for quite some time. None of the ones I’ve found had stellar reviews and my fear of wasting money on a crap product has caused me to simply not buy anything. But I NEEDED one. I am often “off the grid” and need something small and compact with proper lighting. Everything I’ve come across was either too big, or entirely too small, or had too many negative reviews regarding the quality of the lights/lighting. After much going back and forth every time I‘d come back from a trip determined to find something that fit my needs I finally found this one.All boxes checks. It’s the perfect size as far as mirror size as well as footprint. Folded down flat it’s easy to store either in my tiny camper bathroom or in my bag. The lighting is comparable to my larger makeup mirror I use regularly at home. The strength of magnification of the mirror is greater than that of the one I use at home which comes in handy given the amount of space I have to work in when I’m away from home. I also like that it is both battery operated or can be pulled into AC current via the usb cord provided. I try to eliminate the need for batteries as much as possible (landfill as well as they are expensive to keep replacing) but nice to know I don’t have to have electricity and the usb cable provides more plug-in options than a standard plug. The plastic it is made with seems durable enough given proper care. I don’t have a need to extend the arm where I’ll be using it the most so with only flipping up the mirror head with each use I expect it to hold up for a long time. The extra is having the included bag to keep it stored in which helps keeps it clean as well as aids in packing in while traveling. The size of the mirror is just large enough to be practical and small enough for travel. The 7X magnification is not too weak or too strong to cause distortion. The lighting brightness is just right and impressive for a travel mirror. I love the option of the USB connection to save on batteries. The adjustable arm is long enough to bring the mirror into a comfortable alignment to one's face. It is welcomed addition to my luggage and actually every day use.
