The contents are good - just what you need for a small, lightweight personal first aid kit. Not sure about the sun cream but the rest is fine. Don't see how its possible to get everything packed back into the waterproof inner bag which defeats one of the purposes of the kit. Read more
Missing items, not worth the hassle of sending back but the sunscreen sachet and safety pins were missing. Lifesystems is good stuff and this is a good first aid kit but don't assume all the contents are there without checking as something you expect to be there may be missing in an emergency.
