It was heavier than I expected and it is a very solid machine.It took me a few minutes to get it on but the velcro is nice quality and though it takes some muscle to pull it apart. I am still impressed!! I just finished my first 20 minute massage it was pleasant. Everything worked as it should.I have seen reviews in here that complained about no heat, the heat and compression both work well. If you have ever had the compression machine on your legs at a hospital then you have an idea of what this is like. It fills up with air and compresses your legs and feet.I can see this would be a great machine to have after any leg surgery if nothing else to prevent blood clots. My dad asked me to purchase this for my mom for there anniversary. He’s doesn’t have an AMZ account. Anyway, i charged it and made sure it worked. OMG! This thing is amazing. My mom and I do a LOT of gardening so obviously, our legs tend to be pretty sore afterwards. I do the mid level strength on program 3, for two 20-minute sessions, that minimizes the next day soreness by over half! My mom uses this at night for leg cramps at night. I really like this product, but I would have liked to give it 4.5 stars because it lacks good heat on the feet. The heat on the knees are nice. It has helped my thighs and calves to feel better. It is worth trying. I tried another brand which had better heat on the feet but I didn't like it as well as Lifepro's one. Also LifePro has a lifetime warranty which a lot of others don't have. Purchased to help her increase circulation, decrease pitting edema and ultimately improve mobility. Thus far, she reports to have noticed a decrease in swelling upon waking in the morning. Also, a decrease in pain related to the decrease in swelling has been noted. It is too soon to notice a significant increase in mobility, but less pain has improved functionality of daily routine and hours of restful sleep. So these are a little large for my legs and so I can't tighten them fully or the Velcro won't stay when they inflate. However!!!! They are so intense on the medium and hard setting that I don't even notice! They squeeze down intensity and amazing! Heat is awesome! I tried the next model down and it did not squeeze hard enough! I don't know much about the lowest intensity because I don't use it but that's just me. I like a deep massage as it's the only thing to reduce my chronic pain and restless legs.
