The media could not be loaded.  When this first arrived, I gave it a full charge prior to using. Once charged, I placed this on my face and the slowly adjusted the elastic band in the back which is very easy to do even if it's on. Once I had it tightened to where I wanted it, I never had to mess with it again because once it's in place, it doesn't move even with this massager on. The fabric that touches your face is really soft and prior to using I made sure to wash my face. Even the fabric covering on the front is soft too. You can choose to either have this connected to your phone or any device if you want to listen to music or anything really. As you can see in the video, this does not just inflate in your eye area but on the side where it hits my temples. This is not only soothing but very relaxing. The thumps that you hear are the light massaging I feel that is around my eyes and temple area. This whole massager really does help alleviate some stress but is also coming in handy with my allergies. This is the greatest little machine! I didn't know they existed until I saw one on one of the Shopping channels and as usual I looked up AMAZON reviews before deciding to buy. This unit had the best price and rave reviews. I bought one. My husband and I work from home on computers all day and on cellphones/T.V. at night. We were both suffering from dry eyes and headaches. My husband really likes this product and uses it everyday To alleviate the tension headaches he gets from work. I get migraines and I had my first one this year the other day and it was a Whopper! I wasn't expecting the Oculax to be as heavy or thick as it was when I unboxed it and used it, but that's not a negative on the product. I'm a petite person so that's something I'm used to with anything designed for the head. The Oculax is a really great product! I enjoyed the product during the first use until it shut off. I'd enjoy this product A LOT more if the Bluetooth wouldn't automatically turn off when any of the cycles complete so that if I'm listening to an audio book or meditation it doesn't end abruptly. The WORST part about using this product, however, is the atrociously loud, shrill, and seemingly unnecessary notification at the end of any of the cycles used on the Oculax. It's obvious when the heat and compression cycles turn off, and having a loud, shrill notification jar you out of blissed out relaxation is the antithesis of what you'd expect when using the Oculax. Maybe I got a defective unit? I almost sent the product back after the first week because of this feature. Having managed and worked with several QA, Engineering, and Business Units as a PM, I do not understand how this made it through any user acceptance testing. Having managed migraines for the past 20 years with medication, EOs, and meditation (several episodes bad enough I've had infusion therapy or had to go to an ER) during my first use I was almost excited to add this product to my non-medication therapy. Now it's just a really nice-to-have after a long day at the computer due to what I feel are its quality of life issues. I love the temple compression and heat. The Oculax is fabulous in this regard, but I won't use the Oculax during a migraine. I wouldn't even use it on an airplane because that end of cycle notification is so loud. I wouldn't want to disturb anyone next to me, especially if they were trying to sleep. I study and regularly practice Yoga Nidra, and the Oculax is unusable as it would disrupt the meditation so jarringly it could actually cause the practitioner harm. I really want to LOVE this product. I'd consider purchasing a remodeled version if these issues were addressed. I'd prefer longer cycles, but I understand the medical reasoning and liability behind limiting them. I absolutely appreciate the R/D and work put into the product. My husband suffers from migrains quite often. Originally I ordered this for him to try, I thought after a long day at work, he works 2nd shift, and after a hot shower he could wear this to wind down and relax to fall asleep. I actually had a tooth pulled a couple days ago and my head was pounding so bad. As soon as I got home I saw this massager on my nightstand I decided to give it a try and I am so happy I did. Between the vibrations and the heat it truly did relieve some of my discomfort. I just realized you can actually connect your phone through bluetooth and you can play music while you wear it. It is cordless so just make sure you charge it through the micro usb prior to use. When it arrived I charged it over night and we have used it quite a few times and it still has a full battery. The elastic that goes around your head is adjustable so it can definitely fit a range of different sized heads. The part that rests on your skin feels like a micro suede or something similar, it is very soft and feels really nice. My husband has noticed since I got him in the routine of using this as often as we can he does suffer from less migrains. It is a little costly but I believe it is definitely worth the cost. This device is a godsent for me. My blue eyes are extremely sensitive to practically everything under the sun. Following a session, the blurriness and heaviness are totally gone.
