I pulled a rookie move and took my un coated zinc without enough food in my stomach. I got sick. I’ve been gun shy since that happened. I’m recently recovering from Covid so I wanted to make sure I’m taking 50 mg of Zinc a day. This was a great purchase! The taste is great as well as the value. Value for money. They describe it as 50mg, 90 gummies but that’s misleading because you have to take 2 to get 50mg. They are really 25mg each, 2 per serving. They are only providing 1/2 the value their description would lead you to believe. Read more

These zinc gummies are well worth the cost for what you get.We’ve tried other Zinc Gummies and they always have a weird taste which the adults can deal with but it’s hard for younger children to understand that while they don’t taste the greatest they are still good for you to take.It would be nice if there was a sugar free option but if the kids eat them over other ones right now, I’ll take it.I’m also guessing Lifeable bought WellWorks or the other way around but it doesn’t appear to cause any problems for these gummies. The label indicates that 2 gummies have 50 mg of zinc, which is great. Since zinc does more good to combat viruses when allowed to remain in the mouth, rather than just swallowed, such a high dose is extremely desirable. They taste great, just like strawberry gumdrops, BUT just like gumdrops, they are heavily coated in granular sugar. This is problematic for your teeth, but rinsing your mouth to wash away the sugar will eliminate much of the benefit of the zinc by washing it away also. Additionally, for those of us who are diabetic, consuming anything that is coated in sugar is ill advised. Although I had initially given it 1 star, before I posted the review, I changed it to 2 stars, since I should have read the Supplement Facts on the back of the label before purchasing. Read more
