Takes the pain out of my calves. I have lyme disease and my body aches through the night. Sometimes i wake up in pain and spray this on my legs and it does wonders. My two favorite topical pain treatments are this and In Motion hemp cream. I also take boswella internally. This regimen makes it possible for me to function. I saw reviews to use instead of deodorant so I try it and it worked. I’m retired so when I take a shower at night I spray it in the morning. I bought 3 of these bottles in 2013 and I still have some left in one bottle. .it is great :) It does have a weird feel to it and sometimes stings for a couple seconds but then it really does help with sleep and calming you and if you use an extra couple sprays, it helps with constipation. . .It may not be like taking a sleeping pill but it does help calm your nerves and that squirly feeling you can get that keeps you awake. . .the restless leg. . creepy crawly feeling. . .anyway, it's well worth a try for you if you struggle with sleep or constipation. This stuff is incredible! I have fibromyalgia and normally my muscles always feel sore, even if not in the midst of a flare. After carefully looking into which magnesium oil would be the best option I decided to try this one. A lot contain so much water it seemed that it would be so diluted I wondered if it would help. Years of over the counter topical creams, muscle rubs, etc...were all falling short of relief. 1 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Since then I've been trying to find the most natural, non pill way to deal with some of the aches and issues I live with on a daily basis.In comes Magnesium oil. I'm a physician & recommend this to my patients all the time for pain relief & insomnia. I get great feedback. I made an information sheet for with instructions for use & to buy it on Amazon for about $7. I wrote that about a year ago. Now I see the price has gone up 50%. That is disappointing. But I guess demand for the product & other similar products being even more expensive, has allowed Life Flo to increase the price. I guess it is still a good deal if it helps people overcome pain & insomnia. It certainly is less expensive & less hazardous than pharmaceutical products prescribed for these problems. I must've been really deficient in magnesium. Ive been spraying it on the tops of my feet and on my legs about 20 min before getting in the shower and i can see an improvement in my quality of life. I'm sleeping better which leads to more energy in the day. I even made a blend for night and a blend for morning. I have horrible muscle spasms and rock hard shoulders and neck muscles. I get monthly trigger point injections and my doctor sprays magnesium oil on my shoulders and chest afterwards after last few and it made such a big difference that I went onto Amazon to find my own spray. The one she gets is $30 a bottle so I was hoping this one would work even though it was only $7.89 (at the time) and it did work great. Just a little is needed and it got rid of a major migraine that I had from the neck pain. The thing gets clogged a bit but just run under hot water and its fine. I didn't deduct a star because I really like the oil. The bottle isn't great but no biggie, I can always put a little in my hand and rub it in. I found this oil unintentionally after searching for magnesium tablets for my back pain. After giving birth to my son last year, I have some issues with my joints - started with my knee and then my back.I bought chelated magnesium from solgar and started taking the tablets religiously. But I totaly forgot about this oil.Until about 2 weeks ago, I had the worst back pain ever. I went to see a GP and was prescribed Co-codamol. Since I’m breastfeeding and even though it’s said that very little trace of this drug can pass through into the breast milk, I decided not to take the drug.So I was looking for a more natural alternative. Then I remembered that I have this magnesium oil that I haven’t tried.I started spraying the oil at my back area a few times a day. I continue taking the Solgar magnesium tablets. At the same time, I also take Vitamin B supplement (B1, B6, B112).After 2 days, amazingly, I can stand straight and walk without the help of a support. And from then on, I’m back to my old self again.I’m not really sure if the oil is the reason I’m feeling so much better, or whether it’s the combination of all of them that worked, but it worked.But alas, dont take my word for it, please consult with your doctor before taking any supplement. I prefer this to other magnesium sprays I have tried. I dont like others because of the other products that are in it.I use this for neck and back pain after having brain surgery and doctors do not know why all my muscles ache so much... never had the pain before the surgeries!I know stress makes the muscle pain worse and the magnesium spray helps with this. Brilliant spray. I’m not sure if maybe it’s psychological or even just a coincidence, but I started using this spray to try to ease some severe anxiety and depression I had been suffering for nearly a fortnight and within a coupleof hours of using it I definitely noticed a huge difference and felt better! My husband has also used it on his knee for some ongoing pain he experiences having had operations in the past etc and he says he notices a big improvement in pain levels after using it too! I heard magnesium doesn't really get into us through foods but does through spray. I have fibromylagia and use this to keep topped up incase I am lacking. There is some evidence that low nutrition play a cause so doing what I can. I use after a bath. Don't use all the time, although I should. I will do better. I still have plenty left. I use just a few sprays. I found it a bit irritating at first but don't get that anymore. It could be my skin, it gets itchy. Good delivery time, I recommend this product. Read more
