I have used this product for 9 yrs now and it has helped me tremendously. However, I’ve noticed that they enlarged the bottle, even bigger than before. I have always felt that they should reduce the size of the bottle since it contains so few tablets. Now it’s even bigger. I’ve been taking this for one week and I swear I already notice a difference. To back up I was experiencing:Brain fogPainful tender breasts (if you’ve breastfed, it feels like the first time the baby sleeps through the night)Weight gainUncharacteristic crankinessSleep disruptionHunger like I haven’t been fed in weeksSo far it’s too early to comment on the brain fog.
