Amazing!!! I was turned on to this potassium supplement by a coworker. I lowered my blood pressure from 140/83 to 125/82 in 3weeks. I have cut back on my salt intake, but I take 3 pills a day, one with each meal. I take an extra pill if I have a high salt meal. I can definitely tell that my blood pressure is down & all the added potassium has helped with muscle cramps.I recommend you take the pills with meals, I never got an upset stomach once. Each pill delivers 5 times what my old potassium Gluconate 99mg pills.Only side effect I had was a little gas. I started taking this Potassium supplement based on a recommendation from a family member, who suggested I try increasing my Potassium intake to help mitigate heart palpitations that I've been experiencing for a year now. This is a great potassium supplement. I take this along with Magnesium Malate pretty religiously to keep my electrolyte levels up, and they keep me feeling good. I've tried other potassium supplements and I have had better success with this one alleviating my night time leg cramps/charlie horses.p.s. If you're going to seek out the most potent supplements on the market and then complain because you arent taking them correctly, why is that the fault of the product? I have severe potassium deficiency from bowel issues and this works for me. I take 4 capsules and pour them in my V8 or tomato juice because it helps offset the bicarbonate and I can absorb it quicker. If tomato isnt your thing, try orange or pineapple juice. All three are high in magnesium which you need to absorb the potassium anyway. But you also need the acid to reduce the effects of the bicarbonate. Have you ever have super acidic spaghetti sauce and had to add a pinch of baking soda to fix it? Same thing! Besides, Ive taken baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) for upset stomach and the burbs were worse from that than these supplements. I think people are being pretty dramatic or they're taking these on an empty stomach and its no fault but their own. The supplement itself is fine if you take them right. Read more
