I think this worked the way it was supposed to but it was too strong for my son and made him hyper, that's a possible side effect. My teen said it made it difficult for him to focus and made him feel like he felt when taking Prozac. But this might be the effect some people need, ultimately, you need to try it for yourself. I didn't notice much of an effect myself but I'm not suffering from low serotonin. Read more

Nice product. No bad additives. I take 1 before bed. I bounce between 200mg, 100mg and 50mg depending on how much sleep I want and how my mood was that day. Don't want to over do it, otherwise you can put yourself into a bad irritated mood. Read more
