I'll probably come back and update this review as I've only been taking it for two days but... WOW. I started looking for solutions because I was experiencing pain and dryness during sex after I switched to a plant based diet 4 months ago. I found out I definitely wasn't getting enough protein in my diet so in the mornings now I drink a plant based protein shake and fill up a gallon of water I drink throughout the day. I believe with those changes and this set of vitamins, along with fish oil as well, it seems to be turning things around. I have been taking this without my partner knowing and he put it to the test last night for sure. I can tell you it's probably the best night I've ever had. No pain, no dryness and it felt as if all of my sensations down there were slightly hightened. He's always been great and I'm highly attracted to him so I really wanted something that could assist my body in producing sensations and sensitivity.I will say it does spike anxiety just a little and has my mind in the gutter about two hours after I take it. You do have to take it with food though and I recommend only taking it with water.
