We've only had this brush for about a week or so, so I cannot speak to longevity of the brush. What I can say is that my husband was the first to use it and he said. "it's great, I could get my whole back with the curved design. It's a ķeeper". I am much smaller than my husband so I wasn't sure if the curvature of the brush would be a pro or con for me. I can honestly say the brush is a pro!! I had no difficulty reaching all parts of my back The bristles are hard enough to make you feel you get yourself clean, yet soft enough to not feel you're damaging your skin. I/we cannot speak to the use of the sponge or pumice head, haven't used either one. I purchased it for the brush. We hang it on our shower caddy, so I don't know if the enclosed shower hook works. The handle is plastic, so I'm not worried about mold finding its way into the cracks of a wooden handle that's constantly wet, and this handle is foldable. We prefer to keep it fully extended, hanging,...helps to dry it out a bit between uses. There isn't anything more to add EXCEPT...we would recommend it! Read more

This brush is pretty good for me. The stiffness of the bristles is about right: I don't have super-sensitive skin, and it gives a nice scrub. I don't have a problem with the handle being slippery, nor with the head falling off. (However, I'm only using the brush head, so not taking it on and off.)I just wish the handle was curved a lot more. I looked around a bunch, and this seemed to be the most rounded. While I can reach all of my back with this brush, I can't get as much leverage as I'd like to scrub harder--and even more so when I'm trying to get my lower back. I'm not sorry I got it. I am delighted. The curvature of the handle makes it very easy to adjust the pressure you choose to put against your skin and the 3 heads are a great idea. The catch that attaches a head to the handle is a tad stiff but I assume will get easier. Otherwise it's a great combination, especially for putting lotion on one's back. Read more

I bought this to use for post rotator cuff surgery. The only complaint I have is it is very hard to change out the. Be mindful of the one you would like to use the most because it is going to be hard to get it apart after you have had your surgery unless you have someone to help you. Read more
