I’ve been using this face mask for about five days, so for now I can only comment on its design, ease of use, etc. I’ll update in a few weeks about the results. I’ll try to be detailed here because I totally depend on Amazon reviews to make my choices about things I’m buying sight unseen, and so far I’m the first reviewer (in this case, I’ve already got other products from this company and trust them).The mask is really easy to use right out of the box; the power pack comes precharged so it’s ready to go. Everything is very solid and well made, and the mask is smooth on the inside as well as on the outside.The neck portion is my absolute favorite part of this mask. I’m at an age where my neck is… getting to be an issue, and it would seem kind of silly to treat just my face. Also, it has the unexpected but totally awesome benefit of making the mask easy to wear while lying on the couch watching TV. By propping up the bottom of the neck portion against the base of my neck to distribute the weight, I can wear the mask so comfortably I hardly notice it’s on. (In fact, I fell asleep with it on once, because it’s so easy to wear; thanks to the automatic timer, that was no problem.) Most of the other face masks I saw didn’t have that neck part; I wouldn’t even consider one without it now, for aesthetic and comfort reasons. The picture of me wearing it was taken hands-free and there still wasn’t much pressure on my nose and ears, that’s how much support the neck part provides when you’re semi-reclining.I really, really like the way that the mask can be used anywhere instead of having to be near a power outlet; the power comes from the rechargeable battery pack, so it’s super convenient.I hadn’t expected to care one way or the other about the blue LEDs (using them is optional), because I’m at an age when I finally don’t have to worry about acne; however, they turned out to be beneficial. I had a little skin irritation from makeup or face lotion or something near my eye and after I used the blue light it didn’t look pink or feel sensitive any more. I can’t speak to how big a difference it would make to anything more than a little sensitivity, but it did have an effect on that minor irritation, so I would guess it would at least be beneficial.While I wouldn’t wear this mask to watch a movie where the visual effects really matter, visibility through the eye slit is pretty good. It’s definitely fine for watching the news, or a movie that’s more dialogue or plot driven. I think reading with it on might not be ideal because you’d have to hold the book up at eye level, and if you have to wear reading glasses there is already a pair of glasses built in to keep the mask on your face, so that wouldn’t work.It seems as though most face masks have holes for the nose and mouth; I don’t miss them at all. It’s totally easy to breathe with this mask on; I can’t really measure the distance between the mask and my skin but it’s probably a couple of inches.TL; DR: This face mask is very well made and very comfortable to wear and use. Love love love the neck portion in particular!Edited to add: I've been using this mask for roughly a month and I actually can feel more firmness in my skin. I'd been noticing in the past year that the skin on my cheeks was starting to feel a little loose and soft--kind of like I remember my grandmother's skin when I would kiss her cheek--and there's a noticeable difference now. I'd say it's a few years' worth at least. Woo hoo!Another update: Oh my gosh. My daughter noticed the difference when she came home from school! I hadn't mentioned the mask, she hadn't seen it sitting around or seen me use it... out of the blue she asked whether I'd been using new skin care because my skin looked better!And I really do feel my skin is tighter. When I stretch the back of my neck by putting my chin to my chest, I used to feel kind of a pad of loose skin under my chin. It's gone! It's probably a tiny difference in terms of actual measurements, but it is very real in terms of the difference in how much tighter the skin feels.I'm usually kind of a skeptic about unusual-seeming beauty products but this honestly is making a difference. I absolutely love my Bestqool LED mask for so many reasons! I searched the different LED masks, read articles, and even considered the most highly recommended one before making my decision. I happened to have a strip of material with Velcro that I threaded through the openings and connected on my head to hold it in place while I'm sitting up or walking. Looks cool too. (Pic's) As far as results, I've had it only a few days, but I'm extremely pleased! I added hyaluronic acid, collagen and other skincare products after each light therapy, so it will be hard to know what helps, but I'm happy to have this LED mask to add to my skincare regime. I could have spent 3x as much and not know if it would make a difference. True, the closer the lights are to the skin the better, but who knows exactly how much difference it would make. For me, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Have to say that while my expectations are low, my cheeks looks smoother and my skin feels just a little tighter when I smile. I'm using two modes in the evening and one in the morning. It's more than necessary, but I might as well since I have time. So I waited a few weeks of using this before writing a review. I will post some pictures soon once I’ve officially used it for 5-6 weeks.I spent a long time researching LED lights and this is a great product for the price. I used it in conjunction with low % peels and vitamin c cream and I’m almost got rid of half my pigmentation.My skin looks plump after using it. The led face mask is really comfort. I tend to keep it next to my bed stand and put it on first thing in the morning while I lay in bed because the added blue light really helps wake me up!!
