I honestly can't stress enough how great this powder is. I've been dealing with gut issues for a long time, due to several factors (chronic stomach illness and medication). I really liked this fiber better than others. I take prebiotic fiber and probiotics from another brand, but this fiber supplement surpasses others. I eat a low-carb diet, and I don't feel like I eat enough fiber sometimes, so this is a super easy way to get more fiber without overdoing it. The ingredients include several types of fiber, which makes for a really nice blend. Some fiber powders don't blend well into drinks, or it results in a gel-like substance to form in the drink which makes it hard to digest or even drink. I like to add a tablespoon of this fiber into my homemade kombucha and refrigerate it to drink later. It dissolves easily but doesn't sink to the bottom as some fiber drinks tend to do. The taste of this powder is a little sweet, but not too sweet for people like me who have cut way back on sugar. I love the variety of ingredients that make up this powder, and it is doing what I had hope it would - improving my digestion and keeping things moving. I highly recommend this product! Read more

This product is a blend of fiber (multiple sources) and greens. I wish that it specified how many grams of soluble fiber vs insoluble fiber were included in the 5g of the fiber blend. I also wish it specified how much of various vitamins and minerals were in this.There are 20 servings, so as a fiber supplement, this would be pretty expensive even accounting for all of the different fiber sources. However, in addition to the 7 different fiber sources, you’re essentially also getting 2 separate supplements in one, so that improves the value.I am happy with this product. It’s certainly more pleasant to drink than just psyllium husk fiber. The flavor is not strong and is not really noticeable in a drink once it’s been diluted, though I suppose it has a little bit of sweetness to it.This appears to be the exact same thing as their Diverse Fiber 16 Whole Foods Fiber Powder product with the exception that the other one also includes a prebiotic.
