This tool is a must have for breastfeeding/pumping moms. I bought it during a time when I was suffering from a clogged duct and I’m so glad I did. It helped me clear and recover from the clogged duct so quickly. It’s also helping my milk supply recover in the affected breast and I’m pumping at least a half an ounce more per breast than I was prior to use. I was instructed by my lactation consultant to perform manual massage/breast compressions while pumping but the results I’ve seen from using this product have been WAY better. It feels nice on the skin and is super easy to use. We’re working on getting my little one on the breast and using this during those sessions helps speed up my let down immensely and keeps him from getting too frustrated and keeps him nursing. This is the tool I didnt even know how badly I needed! When I felt like I was empty I used the lavie lactation roller and got at least another ounce! I'm already a true believer in the lavie products with their original vibrating massager, their warming massagers (true game changer for my pumping journey), and now the lactation roller. I added the lactation roller with their other tools to really get those tough spots that milk likes to hide. I was even able to bust some clogs I didnt know I had! I’ve been near-exclusively pumping for 6.5 months and have had a lot of success increasing output using breast massage. With that said, it’s exhausting to massage my chest every time I pump. This tool does a majority of the work for me and helps increasing how much milk I’m able to express. The price is more attractive than the vibrating massagers which is a large reason why I chose this tool instead. This massage roller saved me from cyring day and night because I can't extract enough milk for my LO for a month. I was hitting my breast at one point because I know it's filled with so much milk and he was just losing weight. He wasn't latching good. I tried warm compress while pumping and nothing happened. But with this roller, everything went so well. I bought this after a friend told me about it. I've had it for a couple weeks and was thinking about returning it because I hadn't really used it. However, this morning I was seriously engorged after an off-night with our son, and this massager was amazing! I pumped for 5 minutes on one side while massaging and got 75 mL (which is what I usually get on both sides after 5 minutes). I’m all about products that make mom life easier. As a newly postpartum mom of two girls this roller does just that! Nursing isn’t always an easy journey but effective gadgets like this help ease you into it. So far I’ve used this roller as a primer for nursing and to allivaite tight lymphatic tissue and clogged ducts. I can tell I feel much more empty after my daughter nurses. I also use the haaka manual pump on the opposite side and have been getting more to store from that too! It’s much more gentle and effective than just hand massaging. This is the first review I've written since I got pregnant. Now I have a baby boy who is a preemie and requires double the amount of milk than full-term babies. At first I was pumping just enough for him, and then my milk supply surpassed him. I was getting like 160 per pump...but my breasts were in too much pain to keep pumping so much...so I started slacking off a bit. Next thing I knew he needed about 80 mls every 2 hours or so and I couldn't produce more than 20 in 2 pumps in a row...so I obviously freaked out and ordered everything out there to help my lactation.This was by far my favorite purchase. From the first time I used it I could tell how well it was working because I was back up to I was back to 80 ml per pump! Now I am still working on getting back up to my normal supply but this definitely helps. This has been a miracle product for me. In 8 weeks of breastfeeding I have had over a dozen painful clogged ducts. I have done everything to get rid of them: sunflower lecithin, hand massage, vibration, Epson salt, heat pad, ice pad, nursing, nursing, nursing; and they take days to get rid of. No sooner do I get the left unclogged then the right clogs and vice versa. I just kept thinking I can't keep doing this, I'm going to get mastitis! So I bought this massager to try. I have had 3 clogged ducts since purchased and I immediately nurse and pump while using the massager, and like magic after the clog is broken up! When I brought this it was clearly mentioned that it can be returnable in 10 days if there is any problem with the product. In the description it has mentioned that the roller can be removable from the handle but mine was not removable if I am trying hard it is making the sound like it is going to break. When I was tried to return it there is no option to return and showing as it is non returnable product I tried to contact the amazon but there is no use. However I used it with the handle attached but it is useless and waste of money. Home remedies like hot shower and warm towel massage is far better than using this. Don't waste your money on it.
