As soon I open the bottle I realized that the smell was different from the previously used LATHER Mint Thyme Hair Wash. I left the bottle open for few minutes in order to aerate and used it under the shower on my hair noticing discomfort from scalp skin irritation and also noticing a strong bleach smell. After the very poor experience, I started the product returning process and money was returned without problems and could even keep the product (thanks Amazon!), which unfortunately I am afraid to use even to wash the bike or the car. I found this product at the Atlanta airport while browsing shops during a layover. I loved the scent and the calming effect it had on my after-shampoo tangles. But I couldn't find it in New York, so I finally tried Amazon, and ended up buying the "hair wash" and "body wash" too. But the rinse is still my favorite, good for everything. Read more
Have purchased 3 bottles to date. Scent is quite delicate and pleasant. Small amount needed, and rinses completely. It is the only shampoo my husband chooses to use.I find it somewhat expensive for 8 Oz. I have another scent on wish list.I have ordered Lather scrub soap sampler after using it on a cruise. This was recommended to me by an esthetician. Being a guy with short hair, I never paid attention to shampoos in the past. But once I started taking advice for skincare from this particular professional, I noticed a huge difference everywhere but my forehead and neck. She quickly realized my shampoo was causing it. Swapped for this and I’ve never looked back. If you’re a girl or you have longer hair, you may need something different to keep volume and moisture. I found this at a Andaz it was wonderful the hotel gave me quite a few to take then I found it online but it is not the same the mint starts out strong but then their is this almost tar smell at the end. $18 a bottle is quite a price to pay. I will use it up bought the conditioner also but never again. sorry Read more
You get a small bottle for the money. I had a hotel size of this brand and fragrance & like it. Thought I'd like the body wash too. I ordered it. It is nice but I think I prefer Bonners peppermint soap better. I don't think I like the thyme addition. It suds well you only needs a small amount. I may try a other fragrance. I like it uses essential oils. Read more
