Love these disposable pads! They come packaged individually and are so convenient for on the go. I suggest keeping a set in your purse, in the diaper bag, and in a your pumping back if you have one. They stay secure to the inside of your bra cup so stay in place and they are super absorbent. The best thing is that even when I know they’ve absorbed liquid, they never feel damp against my skin! I try to use reusable pads at home to cut down on single-use waste but these are still a must have to keep around when you’re out and about or back to work. I do also use them at home when I’m leaking more than normal because, again, these trap the moisture really well and much better than my disposable ones do... once those are wet, they’re wet. I’m three months into nursing and still haven’t gone through the full box yet since o use the reusable at home. They are also nice because they’re definitely more discreet than the reusable ones can sometimes be so when your out and more likely to have yourself dressed, you won’t notice these at all. I definitely recommend keeping a box on hand! Read more
I started with this pad and shopped around for other styles (disposable & reusable) and better prices, but always came back to Lansinoh pads. Lansinoh just overall does better. The adhesives stick nicely and stays put. The pads are light but absorbent. It's sleek and not bulky. And most importantly, they keep me dry and accident-free. They've thought of everything in the design; the creased design conforms to the bra cup better. I didn't think I would care much, but I like that each is individually wrapped. This keeps it clean when being tossed into a pump or baby/diaper bag with a bunch of other things, and especially when something potentially leaks (bound to happen when on the go w/ a newborn!). I will use the regular or the more absorbent versions of Lansinoh, but will never stray from the brand again for nursing pads! Read more
These are the best! They are truly ultra thin (medela is like 3x the width) without sacrificing absorbency. When they are really full they become heavy so it’s obvious when you need to change them. No leaks whatsoever. The packaging is good if you’re storing them in your purse - keeps them clean - but if you’re using them as daily pads it’s kind of annoying (and wasteful) to have them individually wrapped. Wish they sold them unwrapped. However that’s not just a lansinoh packaging complaint, all disposable pads are that way from what I’ve seen. Read more
I tried a number of different nursing pads and in the end I kept coming to these. I wanted to be sure that my area was always clean and I also wanted protection in case I did leak. I found that these were great with capturing any leaking and did not have any accidents. I will say that I did not produce a ton of milk compared to other people but I found it most helpful at night when I noticed that is when I would leak the most. I also like the nursing pads since they did not create a lot of lint. The washing pads that I purchased did leave lint behind especially if I had any leakage. I would end up wiping myself down before even nursing my son since I did not want him drinking down lint. I also liked that the lanisoh had strategically place adhesive, ensuring that during nursing or at night, the pad did not move from there it was supposed to be. Keeping the area clean and lint free ensure that when it was time for feeding, I did not have to worry about letting my son latch when he needed to. Read more
Ok, I am a person that likes to change my breast pads once a day. So far these have been the best. The adhesive area is bug so it doesn't bunch up easily in your bra. Also, if out and about my nips never feel wet like with reusable ones ( which I am changing 4x a day). So these are by far a better product. I've tried the medela ones and the adhesive stuck to my clothes. These hold up even to days when I am leaking all the time. Read more
Bought these for postpartum thinking I wouldn’t need them until I got home from the hospital. Wrong! Used them from day one! Pack in your hospital bag! I switched to washable ones later when we got home but used these if my washable ones were all dirty and kept a pair on my purse in case of accidents. Didn’t irritate at all, and I’m a first time breastfeeding mom. Read more
These disposable pads are great. I wear them for a day and toss them out when I’m done! No need to wait for laundry day, and I know I have a fresh sanitary item each time. I worry about what sorts of bacteria is growing on something that’s waiting in the hamper to be washed on Landry day. This is important with a newborn you don’t want to expose to germs/bacteria at such a young age. These are discrete, a nice size, and I appreciate the adhesive backing to stick to my nursing bra. It doesn’t fall/fly off when I let my bra down for feedings! Will be buying more ASAP, as I am almost out. Read more
I purchased these Lansinoh breast pads to save my shirts in the early days of breastfeeding! I love that they are soft and individually wrapped. They have little adhesive strips to hold to your shirt but I never use these since I am nursing (what feels like) around the clock at this point. The pads feel a little big to me but I am smaller so that’s probably typical for me to feel that way. Overall, great purchase and I will be stocking up on more! Read more
These pads coupled with their balm made breastfeeding a LOT more bearable and stress free. The pads are extremely comfy as they cup around your nipple instead staying flat against them. Particularly important at the start when you are sore and bleeding. They are also actually absorbent - a rare find in nipple pads! My boy fed a LOT. So when the miracle happened that he went longer than 2 hours in the night - I would wake up in agony as I was full to the brim, but also soaking where I leaked... as soon as I swapped to these I still woke up bursting, but bone dry. Would HIGHLY recommend them. They are more expensive - but in this instance you definitely get what you pay for and to sum it up that is comfort and dryness. Read more
I've tried several brands and much cheaper supermarket breast pads, but these have always been the most absorbent even though they are thinner than a lot of makes. They also stay in place a lot longer with the little sticky pads. A must in my eyes. Read more
Great bags, perfect for the job. They smell OK, scent wise I'd say similar to talcom powder, so not at all unpleasant or overpowering. Enough to mask the nappy smell. Read more
The only pads that made my life easier with my over-production of milk. If your lactation is average probably you will go away with the cheaper brands. These pads are very absorbent. Quite expensive, but worth every penny... Read more
A must have for new mums like myself. I wasn't quite prepared for how necessary breast pads are when you are breastfeeding, these are really comfortable and happily stay in place all day, even with the constant folding down to feed. The built-in lanolin also has good healing powers for the common problem of cracked and sore nipples in the first few weeks! Read more
