Founded by a breastfeeding mom, Lansinoh has been committed to helping moms succeed in breast feeding for over 30 years. Lansinoh is a leader in breast feeding products and accessories, famous for its award-winning cornerstone product, HPA Lanolin nipple cream and Lansinoh milk storage bags. Amazon.com Breastfeeding mothers know that let-down can occur at the most inopportune times. It can be triggered by missing a scheduled feeding, hearing a baby crying (whether your own or someone else’s), or even just thinking about your baby. And, of course, leaks always seems to happen when you’re in the middle of an important business presentation or wearing your best silk dress at a friend’s wedding. These extra absorbent disposable nursing pads have a soft, comfortable lining that rests against the skin. The lining draws excess moisture away from skin and into a polymer core in the center. A laminated waterproof lining against your clothing prevents milk from getting any further. The pads are incredibly thin (2 mm) and contoured like a breast, so they don’t look stiff or unnatural under clothing. Adhesive tape on the back of each pad secures it to undergarments to keep it from shifting during the day. Each pad comes individually wrapped for hygienically transporting them in a briefcase or diaper bag. --Cristina Vaamonde

These pads are great if you have leaky boobies like me! Compared to the similar Madela pads, I found that these worked better and were less likely to create weird bulges on the outside of your bra/clothes. They were also a more natural shape and were pretty discrete. While I leaked some (probably about a half ounce a day at my height), I found that these were sufficient to keep the moisture in and not cause any leaks through to my clothing--although I changed them at every feeding to avoid overuse of the same pads. Definitely recommend these disposable pads over the reusable pads, since you don't want to be constantly washing and sterilizing those pads, and you also don't want to continue using them if any moisture is present because your baby may end up with thrush. These were good ..... but I preferred the reusable pads better. They seemed softer and handier for me. I did, however, resort back to these whenever I didn't have any of my reusable pads washed and ready to go. They absorbed well with no leaks. Very soft. Read more

These nursing pads are really good. A friend gave me some different kinds she had left from when she had a baby and these were my favorite of all the ones I tried.Pros:-Good absorption-Perfect size (for me at least)-Sticks well enoughCons:-Folded (Wish it was just flat like some other ones)-Could stick a little better IMOOverall, it's a really good product that I plan on buying again in the future. I bought the big box of the Lasinoh Nursing Pads. These things are AMAZING. If you want to give a new mommy something she will definitely use, you found it. The pads are soft cotton-like, which means they don't hurt sore nipples. They're very absorbent and they stay put, even if you don't use the sticky part like me. They're thin enough and cover your whole breast so it doesn't look strange in your bra. I highly recommend these pads (and went through about 3-4 boxes while breastfeeding for a year! They can last you at LEAST two days, I guess depending on your flow--I never had a real leaking problem) Read more

I have breastfed 3 children so far and tried more nursing pads than I can count. And I can honestly say that these are, hands down, my FAVORITE nursing pads. And the only brand I will ever buy again. They are thin enough that you can't see them through your shirt but SUPER absorbent. I have an oversupply of milk and these will keep my dry all night (and don't puff up like others do when they fill up)...win win! Read more

Product seems well made, pretty absorbent, holds its place well in the bra and has two small sticky strips on the backside. However, unfortunately I must be allergic to something in them because I get incredibly itchy whenever I've tried to wear them and when I wore one for over an hour I broke out in a rash that persisted for weeks. In general, I don't really have sensitive skin, but I must have some specific allergy since they don't seem to bother others as much. Seems like a good product, but one I can't use. Read more

I have tried several brands of nursing pads but always come back to these. They are thin so they are not easily seen through your bra and shirt. They are also a good size (coverage-wise) and absorbent so I have had no issues with anything leaking through or around them onto my bra and clothes. Definitely great for the beginning of breastfeeding when you are leaking all the time! Read more

With having had my third baby and using these with all three babies, I have been a huge fan! They have a waterproof coating on the outer side so no leakage shows through. The inside is dry and turns into a gel-like substance as it absorbs milk leakage. There are two adhesive strips on the outer side to keep the pads in place. The pads also conform to the breast so that the "public" doesn't know you are even wearing a nursing pad. I love these nursing pads! Read more

After trying out lots and lots of nursing pads, these have been the best for me. Their selling points are that they are thin yet still very absorbant. They don't show under your bra and stick well to the fabric so stay in place. The surface of the pad is very soft so it doesn't rub the skin if it's sore and any liquid gets drawn away from the surface leaving the skin dry. Would highly recommend. Read more

I've been using these for 6 months now, they are very nice quality - interestingly thicker and slightly softer than the ones I purchased locally (I don't live in the UK).Lifesaver, and I appreciate it that the shape is designed in a way that they don't show through my blouse when I wear them. I sometimes just stuck them on the my top directly when a bra would be uncomfortable and they stayed in place nicely. Read more

The only nursing pads that don’t make my nipped to itch. I have tried other brands, such as tommee tipee ones, asda, etc., and this is the only brand that doesn’t make my skin to itch. It also has to sticky bits so it really sticks to the bra. I never thought I would be so picky with this, but it is the only brand I can use.Hope it helps! Read more
