need these Lactose intolerance and without these going to eat out is a nightmare. They help reduce side effect. It becomes tolerable for when I cheat and eat something with a little bit of lactose. Don't go crazy and drink milk or have alfredo sauce. But if you want to indulge in a small portion of cake or milk chocolate candy bar..these helps reduce (not eliminate) side effects. :) Read more

I really like these pills, they do avoid me feeling sick if I take them right before eating any lactose products. Would definitely recommend just don’t abuse how many times you take a day. Read more

These are pills and not chewable. My daughter doesn’t like taking pills so I’ll have to try again for the actual chewables, but kept them for ‘just in case’. Read more
