I was taking mucta vatti from India for years. I saw people with 240/120 on meds take this and few days later through meds away, BP back to normal. I was 165/90 and it normalized me, too. but It stopped working, so i think the efficacy was altered. So my research lead me to"The Blood Pressure Cure: 8 Weeks to Lower Blood Pressure without Prescription Drugs"by Robert E. Kowalski available on Amazon. I tried a number of supplements believed to reduce blood pressure, but this sustained release L- arginine by endurance has worked wonders. It keeps my BP 120s/70. Other sustained release companies may have same efficacy, but this works for me. Do not buy regular arginine, even it it seems far less expensive. twice a day.I saw a Dr review this and recommend for minimal BP issues. I will note, and can be verified in book mentioned above, that it works best on bringing down higher BP issues to normal. It will not affect meds currently on, so do not be afraid to try, with a visit to your doctor first of course. If Dr does not believe in supplementation, time to find one that does.On ED, i had that issue as well. To my surprise, it is also cured!! I will point out nitric oxide is the same as Viagra. Finally a time-release Arginine that is not too large to swallow. This one is 3/4 of an inch (0.75"). It will contain 1/3 of most other Arginine pills, but that's fine. Time release will make it last longer. It gives me energy through out the day. Read more
This was purchased based upon the recommendation in the Blood Pressure Cure book by Richard Kowolski. They seem to have worked to do what he said. Blood pressure has gone down since starting to take them. Read more

Way better than regular arginine. This doesn't have the high blood pressure that you get withdrawing from regular arginine. This medicine has slow onset and it slowly loses effect, which is key. I technically can't recommend this to everyone but I'm a doctor and I think it's the best for mild hypertension and mild exercise intolerance Read more
