Thought I would love this for the price.. but it’s very clunky, hot, and hard to put baby into. You have to keep it open then magically maneuver baby into it as you’re pulling the straps around your arms. The waist band also loosens on its own too. Also, they say no need for a newborn insert, but my 8 lb newborn needed more support, I added a blanket under his legs which seemed to work, but no head support for a tiny baby. This wasn’t much better than my $40 Infantimo one I had with my first child. I bought this early on so the return window closed before I even decided I didn’t like it. The plus side is all the pockets are nice, and I was afraid of it not fitting me as I’m not skinny. And forward facing, which my baby can’t do yet because he’s too short, he might like that better at some point. Read more

Carrier is pretty comfortable for us. I had my oldest baby before baby wearing was a “thing”, and this carrier is definitely much more comfy than what I used with him.I wish the pocket on the waistband was more like the pocket on the ergo. The Ergo pocket is easy to get things in and out of while baby wearing. It’s difficult to get items out of the lillebaby pocket.Also, if there were elastic loops at the base of the all season panel, you could roll up the panel and secure it, rather than it just hanging down.Overall, I think the ergo Omni 360 is more comfortable, but I like some of the features of the lillebaby better. The quality of material feels great. It looks very sturdy. I don’t have a child yet, but getting prepared for one. I tested a stuff bear in this and everything seems pretty intuitive. It has a nice tote bag that can be worn as a backpack bag as well. I can’t wait to use this on my future little nugget. Read more

I like this carrier but really wanted to love it. Got one for my husband and one for myself - once you adjust it to your liking, you want want to mess with it every time if someone else wore it last.It is a little tricky to adjust at first since there are many straps and buckles, but once you get it how you want it is pretty comfortable.I don’t like how there are plastic connectors (like the ones on a backpack strap) right next to the baby’s head. When my babe falls asleep his head rests against them and I have to slide a washcloth or blanket in between or else they will leave a mark on his head. It should come with a padded material wrapped around it for this reason.Also, it’s kind of hard to get on yourself, as you have to reach over your shoulders with both hands to buckle the straps together between your shoulder blades… while the baby is already on you. I wish it had buckles on the shoulders instead.Overall it’s a good carrier but I expected more due to all the great reviews and the price. Read more

I love this new carrier! The upgrades the serenity has from the older all seasons are amazing! The perfect fit adjusters are great for small babies and small mamas. I really like the fact that the zip down panel now has a pocket rather then the strap to snap it to. Makes it has a cleaner look when wearing. My only downfall is when i take her out of it the Velcro seems to loosen a bit. It doesn’t ever come off and doesn’t affect anything about it I’m just ocd and like it to lay flat and doesn’t in narrow seat very well. I think this is a solid baby carrier, been using it for a month now and it's comfortable to the baby and the me (dad). The available is a good addition and easy to adjust but could be improved because it now crowds the baby seat area. I have not seen any advantage of the meshed area to supposedly allow fresh air in on the summer. The material itself is not that hot.Recommending this for anyone undecided. Read more

This is the best baby carrier I have had in a very long time! The only complaint I have is that it is not as conducive for newborns but it is beyond comfortable and provides proper support. The back support is fantastic and it feels like I'm not even carrying my LO. It's easy to put on and the material is soft for my LO to lay on. Hands down, the BEST carrier EVER! It’s like the Pursuit Pro and Airflow by Lillebaby had a baby, and it was Serenity. The mesh on the inside is the same softness as the Pursuit but with the exposing panel it’s much more breathable, like the airflow. The panel, when not in use, can roll down into the pocket below and the hood is exposed. If you don’t want to use the hood, unsnap it and put it in either the front pocket or pocket on the lumbar support. The middle seat option is also a huge game changer for those babies who are getting too big for narrow but still too small for wide. Lastly the colour is BEAUTIFUL!
