It was mildly reminiscent to an indica strain of an aforementioned substance that I exploited in my youth - but I was completely coherent and simply relaxed.Some will say you shouldn't need to take something to relax, but let's be serious. Its been helping both my wife I relax more and sleep better at night. (and this is coming from two chronic insomniacs) I can tell that my wife has been sleeping more deeply and restfully after taking it for several days. Its helping me too but to a lesser extent. Maybe I just need to take it longer, but im grateful that it's helping my wife. We've both tried other Ashwaganda products before, but this one really does seem to be superior. Not only is it working better, it doesn't upset the stomach like some other products we've tried has. Which is really good, because both of us have sensitive stomachs.I also like that this product actually shows the % of Withanolides in each dose. It assures that you're using a supplement that actually contains the parts of the plant that contains the active ingredient. Many other Ashwaganda products on the market don't provide that information and their quality and effectiveness is questionable.So far, so good! Its actually working. This stuff is WAY too strong to recommend taking 2 capsules at a time. I’m sitting here tripping after just 20 minutes; feelings of drunkenness, minor visual distortions, can’t concentrate. This product has been a godsend. About a year ago, I started experiencing major anxiety that was disrupting my sleep every night for 2-4 hours every night! I was awaking around 2:00 a.m. with strickening thoughts racing through my head! A few times, I could finally fall back asleep around 5:00 a.m. but most of the times, I couldn't. 3-4 hours of sleep a night was driving me insane! I did research and tried multiple products trying to put an end to this insane misery that kept getting worse and worse by the day. I have hypothyroid issues (diagnosed by my primary care doctor). I heard about trying Ashwaganda, but wanted to try KSM-66 Ashwaganda specifically, because I heard it was the most effective one. I still take my thyroid hormones every day regardless, but I’ve definitely noticed a difference after using this product. Now I haven't taken it long enough to give a review on any effects but either way with this misconception and the actual product not having the same description as the picture they are falsely advertising.asked for a return due to not getting the exact product advertised And was refunded without even having to send it back in the form of a gift card.
