I honestly don'r work for these guys, just decided to order this product last month to check if it works for my heavy menstruation.I think it was what I always needed after 33 years dealing with periods. The pads are wide and long, yet thin , convenient with strong absorbance.They stick to the underwear perfectly, too. I used to use 2 pads in the first days of period to prevent leakages, but one of this product works as two and even better, no leakage whatsoever.I am really grateful and decided to let other lady fellows with heavy periods know about the product and try it themselves. I bought these pads for post partum bleeding. They were absorbent enough to do the job. I used them shortly after getting out of the hospital. They are more comfortable then most pads since there is no plastic; there is a nice comfortable cotton type layer on top. Read more

Update: I still say it's good value for the money, however a little disappointed that with the extra length, the width is a bit narrower.Measures 9.5" long and 2.5" wide. These pads are absolutely horrible. The cotton comes apart after the pad loses it shape. Very cheaply made. Yet the exact same product in the 32 or 28 qty pack are fine. Odd to say the least, just like all my other Amazon purchasing experiences. Read more
