The product itself is as wanted and expected. However, there were No keys whatsoever for unlocking/locking/refilling the Bed Liner Compartment, which should have been included with the Changing Station when the product was received. There should have been a key taped to the side of the product, and a second key included within the hardware kit. Both were absent. We had to order a set of keys directly from the company in Colorado. For this reason, we are giving a lower overall rating for this purchase experience. Read more
