I suffer from depression which also makes me tired and with my medication the fatigue is terrible.Within a week of taking these vitamins I have a surge of energy, my fatigue has reduced extremely which my partner also commented on. I've been taking these daily for just over 2 weeks now, and they are GREAT.I have low iron (not quite anaemic, but close enough to have it as a worry.) and I'm notoriously bad at eating fruit and veg each day. I'll buy a punnet of strawberries, eat them all, then not touch anything else for days or even weeks. You don't quite realise just how not having enough vitamins really affects you.I feel so much more alive, I'm not feeling tired or sluggish, I don't feel faint or nauseous (low iron yay!) and I can actually function like a real human being with ENERGY through the day! Arrived relatively quickly, packaging looks great and unusual, perfect for the letter box.Cant say the pills have a taste but one thing that I've noticed 100% (2 out of 2 times taking them) Is they get stuck in my throat. I take a few other tablets each day without issue...odd that these ones get stuck...I assume its cause they dont have a smooth coating rather than the size which is pretty small I'd say.I can cope with it, I'll just try bigger gulps of water! I usually buy the supermarket multivitamin + iron tablets, but my nearest supermarket don't sell them so I ordered these.Good things: They taste slightly better as the metallic iron taste isn't as strong in these. The packaging is very convenient postage wise as it's letterbox friendly. I paid a little under £10 for a 6 month supply so not bad price.Bad things: They are big and hard to swallow! About the same size as a 5p coin. They aren't coated, they're quite powdery so get stuck when swallowing and leave a horrible coating in your throat. The packaging could definitely be smaller as it's only half full from the start.Overall they do the job but they aren't pleasent and I wouldn't order them again. Read more
Most multi-vitamins seem to have a lot less iron in, with only 15% of daily allowance. These multi-vitamins have 100%, as well as better calcium etc. Not too big to swallow either. Read more
