These are actually really amazing. They don't take weeks to stretch out to a comfortable level like normal pony tail holders do. Straight out of the box, they were perfect. I really like how they don't pull my hair out like normal pony tails as well. It's a good hold without feeling like my hair is being ripped out of my head. I recommend these to anyone who has to/ likes to wear their hair in a pony tail more than once or twice a week.IMPORTANT: After a couple of uses, they did stretch out to a useless shape but I tried the hot water trick and they went right back to their original shape. If you do buy these, be prepared for them to lose shape and stretch out. Just put it into a cup of boiling water and it will go right back in a matter of seconds! I tried it and it really does work. These are durable, they hold my hair up securely without getting tension headaches or getting loose throughout the day. I have long, thick hair that I rarely wear down and I'm always looking for a good ponytail holder. I prefer these over the invisibobbi brand, hands down. These shrink right back up to their original size without getting twisted up with just a little rinse or soak in hot water, I was impressed. They also don't seem to pull like the invisibobbi ones do (the regular, power and mini) or get all tangled up in my hair.The photo is 3 invisibobbis (regular, power, mini) and a Kitsch. These are a hair saver for me because I am so sick of ripping out my hair with normal elastics and getting headaches from the tension of them. These bands are gentle on your hair but still holds it together, can shrink back into shape, and can give your ponytail a little extra umph 😁 my only complaint is how expensive they are 🙄 but other then that I would never go back to using normal ties after this. Hairstylists have always told me I have THIN hair but a lot of it- regardless I still need something that will loop around 3x. Honestly with this I only have to do 2x loops. They are new and I’m sure will stretch out but so far they’re very sturdy and have held up- only had them for about a week and I love them! Read more
These are awesome! I have fine hair that easily gets bends in it from hair elastics. I can have this in all day and when I take it out there are no bends in my hair at all. I have tried other brands of these but they fall out. These stay put and I really like how they look in the hair. Love them! Read more
2 of these elastics split at the seam within about a week or two of use. They are a little too stretchy, and I am constantly adjusting and retying my hair with these. I had a set of 3 invisibobbles a while back and those 3 hair ties lasted me literally 3 years without breaking or over stretching. Will be getting that brand again once I finally run through this pack. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I bought these because my cousin swears by them. She won’t use any other type. So I bought some to try. At first I thought I had ordered the wrong size because they look so small in packaging it looks like it was meant for a toddlers’ hair. But my cousin assured me they stretch very easily and that the sizing was correct. With the first use I noticed right away that it didn’t pull my hair at all while putting my hair up or taking it down. Which is great and anyone who uses hair elastics will agree tbat is a good wualoty to have. If you have curly hair these just are not friendly! Lose chunks of hair anytime I use them. Probably great for smooth straight hair. They definitely stretch out a lot after use - so limited number of uses per band. Not recommended if you have curls! Read more
I always carry a hair tie around my wrist because my schedule requires me to frequently tie my hair at random times. Before using this, I used to have the issue between having a functional hair tie vs. getting blood circulation to my hand. I have thick, silky asian hair so I need a thick or rubber hair tie otherwise it would slip out. Keeping that on my wrist though, hurts overtime but if I choose to use a thin hair tie or a loose one, it loses its purpose. I like these hair ties because they hold my hair quite well as long as it's not a vigorous sport and they don't hurt my wrist. They stretch out a lot and if you give it some time, it'll return back to its original shape (at least to a pretty good degree). Highly recommend. Read more
