I really love this flat iron. I used it about 4 times since getting it in July. As of today it just stopped getting hot. The iron is on, and light shows it's working but no heat. I have contacted seller so I'll keep you posted. Otherwise I guess it's a waste of money. Read more

I used the flat iron on my hair on the highest setting and when I washed my hair, it coiled right back up. I also used it on my daughter’s hair on a lower setting-it’s prone to heat damage-and it curled back up after washing. This iron straightens better than my chi. Read more
