When I switched to a keto diet, one challenge was replacing protein/snack bars with an on-the-go keto snack. "Protein" bars have a large amount of protein, are generally low in fat, and relatively high in carbs - which would kick me out of ketosis and even on the strictest diet weren't helping me lose weight. These keto bars have been a perfect replacement for those protein bars. They have the low net carbs and high healthy fats that are missing from the average protein bar. They satisfy hunger better and for longer than a protein bar. It's hard for me to finish one because of how filling they are.Flavor-wise, they aren't mind blowing, but they are good, no chalky protein bar like flavor. All three flavors in the variety pack have the same texture - a dry nougat/mousse texture. The chocolate chip was the least flavorful. I wouldn't order it again. It doesn't remind me of anything chocolate chip flavored, certainly not cookies. The coconut one is the most flavorful and very tasty. The peanutbutter is good.I don't rely on these for food/meal replacement when at home because they just aren't flavorful enough to be more appealing than even a simple keto meal, but they are great for preventing yourself from caving to sugar cravings. The fact that they are filling and mildly sweet makes me feel satisfied and curbs the sweet tooth. I am grateful that a company came out with an easy to grab on-the-go keto snack, and for times when I know I'll be out for a long time and not sure if I'll have keto foods available (like going to the movies/shopping), nothing beats these bars. I would definitely recommend them to newbies to keto/low-carb diets because they'll make it easier to stick to a new diet. Read more

This bar had the best taste reviews & macros of the Keto bars I found. Got the variety pack - tried out the chocolate peanut butter today. I was blown away at how good it is! The taste is true to description and rivals many homemade recipes I have tried. The texture is better than expected with the good fats overcoming the usual dry chalkiness of some bars. These bars are really delicious and really helpful when you have sweet cravings. They have a creamy texture and a good bite to them. The chocolate on the outside can get a little flakey, so have a napkin nearby. They have a smoother consistency than Perfect Keto bars (which have larger granules of fat distributed) and taste is phenomenal.The only major downside is that you can have a little GI problems (cramps and flatulence) most likely from the chicory root fiber. I recommend eating half in a private setting to see how you react before eating it in public. Read more

I bought these for my husband who needs something easy to have on hand to snack on. He said they were great. I grew hungry today before finishing my fast and decided to try the peanut butter one. They are 14 carbs which is a lot for me, as I count total carbs. Wow! Well worth the 14 carbs to have a treat like this. Definitely not your typical protein bar taste! It was not chalky or protein tasting at all. It tasted pretty darn close to a candy bar. I really enjoyed it. I may cut them in half and save them in the freezer for an every once in a while treat! these bars are really good. i got the variety pack to try all 3 flavors and love them all, but the peanut butter chocolate is the winner for me. they’re a little bit dry compared to other bars i’ve tried from other brands (like perfect keto and keto bars) and the chocolate coating gets a little melty if your house is warm, but that’s easily remedied by keeping them in the fridge, and neither of those things detracts from the taste or how they keep you satisfied for literal hours. Love, love these bars. In fact, have to hide them. Have been doing the Keto diet and they really hit the spot when I’m craving a dessert or snack. They are really rich so I cut them into four pieces. Even froze some like I used to with Reese’s peanut butter cups. Yum!! My niece wanted a box for her birthday plus her boys who don’t need sugar even like them.
