They definitely have helped me quit smoking and vaping so far. Good flavor. Warning though, stick to a routine with them or you’ll find yourself popping them like candy. Use them like you would your cigarettes. Morning wake up, drive to work, first break, lunch, last break, etc. Get some hard candy to suck on in between lozenge uses. If you overdo these you will get nic sick.I find the best way for me to use them is between cheek and gums like you would chewing tobacco. Works well for me. This is by far the best price I've ever found anywhere. Have bought these several times now and am spoiled to it; hate the sticker shock if I forget to order them and have to hit Walmart or a pharmacy.Also this is one of those rare instances where I much prefer generic. I find Nicorrette's version much too harsh tasting, but all the generic brands are just right. Also you don't have to be a former menthol smoker to appreciate fresh breath.The downside that I'd be a poor citizen to mention is that this product is addictive. I have tried Zonnic, Nicorette, and this Kirkland brand of lozenges. Xonnic and Nicorette are very similar as they are the size of small pill like a half of a Tylenol. These are about the size of an actual mint or a Mentos.Hopefully that gives you an idea on the size. However, I really like the size of these and prefer them because It actually feels like soemthing is in my mouth and keeps me occupied. Also- putting the smaller lozenges on sensitive parts of your gums hurts much more. These are much more tolerable and also las a lot longer.They so get a little soft and mushy after long use, but I actually like it as it helps to mold better to the part of my mouth I have it in.For people coming from dipping or chewing that want to try lozenges, this is perfect for the reason I mentioned above. It feels like you have a dip in once it gets softer!Ove, honestly, these are great and have really helped me cut down quitting, especially during the day and throughout the week. I would really give these a shot if you want a realistic chance of stopping smoking!Also, these are more cost effective than other brands...it will cost close to $40 or so for 81 lozenges of Nicorette, but these you get 270 for around $75!Cant beat it. This is my second time buying this giant pack of lozenges, and I'm sure it won't be the last. After all, quitting a 25 year habit is quite the process. But this is the best value I've found when compared to everywhere else, and the lozenges work great. The 10 individual containers are perfect for carrying around in my purse, and the flavor/quality is just as good as the more expensive brands I've tried. Whether you're trying to quit or just need something to tamp down the need in places where you can't smoke, these lozenges are a great solution.UPDATE: I finally did it. They have a bit less flavor which I consider a good thing. The name brand product has a flavor that makes you feel like you've had a cigarette, creating a craving to light up. This product does not have that cigarette flavor so it doesn't make you thing of smoking.
