My vet suggested human grade fish oil for my dog who was limping on his back leg. I Had him on glucosamine congotin and was a bit skeptical it would help. I been taking these for a year now and they have helped lube up my joints. I no longer feel or hear my bones crack when lifting weights or when doing normal everyday activities. My doctor also said that my cholesterol level has dropped. Of course with diet and exercise as well. I usually take two pills, twice a day, every other day. I don't have a Costco card and usually have to buy them from some online source since it's cheaper. This is my favorite brand of fish oil. It doesn't give me any of those dirty fish burps with that gross aftertaste that some of the other brands give out. The price isn't too bad either. Three bottles is more then enough for one person for a year or two. The communication I got from the seller was great. I had a minor mistake where they only sent me one bottle instead of the three advertised. This is perfect for my dogs. I squeeze half a gel cap on each dogs breakfast. I have five large dogs and this will last a long time ! They have beautiful coats and it helps joint pain as they are older now. I am hoping for some allergy relief for one of them as well.
