I think I'm going to like this product, but I found the instructions very vague. I'm still not sure which setting I should be using for which application. I think the + Ion mode is for extracting. And the - Ion mode is for product penetration. I used this when I first received it last week. I watched a lot of tutorial videos prior to purchasing and read the instruction pamphlet (which is horribly translated, so I definitely recommend seeking YouTube tutorials).I don't know if mine's defective because I can't find anyone else mention pain when using the device. I have a pretty high pain tolerance and can barely tolerate the extractions mode. I cannot tolerate the nutrient absorption or lifting modes at all! It feels like I'm constantly being shocked! In fact, it made one of my teeth hurt while working on my chin, and that tooth is still a little sore three days later! It seems to work well for extractions, and, because that was the main reason I purchased the device, I will try it a couple of more times for that purpose to see if it's worth keeping. Read more

I’m sorry to say I was a little disappointed with this wireless skin scrubber... I am an esthetician for 15 years and have used the professional model in many salons over the years. I was excited to see this on the market at a good price but was disappointed with its overall performance. Its functions are simple but don’t vibrate very strong and I had to make 3 passes over my face to feel like it was clean. It only lasted for about 2.5 then it just stopped and I had to recharge it. After waiting half an hour I finished and applied my serum to penetrate but it died again and I had to recharge it again for another hour to get my full treatment completed. I like this a lot. It creates a fine mist, so it's obvious that it isn't just a slow vibration that would only stimulate skin. It has a positive and negative ion setting, so you can drive product deeper into the skin or extract impurities.
