I have one kid who will ONLY use this toothpaste. My house hates the ubiquitous bubblegum flavor and this product makes him happy. The other great thing is that it doesn’t foam like crazy. There’s no reason for toothpastes to turn you into a rabid dog and require constant spitting. This toothpaste (and the other toothpastes by this company) leaves out the irritating SLS ingredient that causes the foaming, so it’s a huge plus for our family. It includes also xylitol which reduces bacteria in the mouth. It does not include fluoride so if that’s important to you, find another product that does (our mouthwash does). A note to add on that: If you use fluoride toothpaste and then a mouthwash following that, you aren’t getting double benefits because you’re rinsing the first one out! (But you might be swallowing more of it overall, which is the major concern people have against it in the first place.) Dentists recommend NOT rinsing your mouth or drinking water after mouthwash anyway, to give it time to do the work, so keep that in mind in your daily routine. The only star I knocked off is for a minor issue. I don’t know if they adjusted the packaging but my kid can’t get this one open! The previous tube was no problem; this one I have to supervise to make sure he doesn’t try to open it with his teeth. (Don’t ever do that!) I have to open it for him and then tap it firmly on the counter top to make sure it actually closes completely, so like I said, it’s not a huge deal. Supervise the younger kids brushing, we should be doing that anyway. Read more
I was looking for a natural toothpaste for my toddler and I finally found one. My daughter loves the taste of this toothpaste, she doesn’t mind me brushing her teeth. I would recommend this toothpaste, I’m happy I found it. Read more
I'm trying to get as many natural products in my house as possible. Most of us know that fluoride is bad for you. I of course grew up using fluoride in my oral care products but I didn't know any better. I now have the chance to teach my children differently. My son who is 4 and VERY picky absolutely loves this natural toothpaste. So I'll defiantly keep coming back. Read more
This toothpaste is great- natural, good flavor, no fluoride. We've been using it about 9 months now and love it. At first, my kids had adversions to the taste but after about 3 days they got used to it. It has a cinnamon-clove taste. If you can order it from a Young Living rep near you, it's only $9. Read more
This toothpaste arrived to my home for my daughter and it is ripped at the top. That is unacceptable. It was wrapped in bubble wrap the toothpaste was on the inside Read more
I am about to purchase this toothpaste for the third time. It's the only toothpaste my kids have used. They refuse to use anything but this one. At age 6 and 4, I fully believe it is why they've never had a cavity. A little goes a long ways. Well worth the price! Read more
I normally love this stuff but I guess wishlist control isn't there when bought through Amazon. Toothpaste keeps separating and send to be old. Read more
After some health issues in our home we decided to be more proactive at having organic food and natural products in our home. It is difficult to find any toothpaste that doesn't have at least one of the ingredients to avoid in it. Unfortunately going natural also means that some things won't be as sweet and tasty as regular products for kids. KidScents toothpaste seems to have managed in producing a flavor that my kids enjoy and don't complain about when brushing their teeth. If you have picky kids I would give this toothpaste a try.
