These products (Kakadu Plum wash and Rinse) were fake. It’s my first time purchasing them online through Amazon as I typically purchase direct from my salon. Just didn’t have time recently. But have learned my lesson. The color of both was nothing like the true product (purple and runny; the should both look cream colored) and the seals were not quite right. Don’t buy!! Read more

I Purchased this shampoo and conditioner back in December. I’ve been using it for years and I know how it’s supposed to arrive. I was using up the old bottles and when I opened up my new ones yesterday, there was no seal on the opening to the bottle underneath the cap. I have been using Kevin Murphy shampoo for a very long time and I know there’s always a tight seal on the bottle when you open it. This makes me think that I am getting some other product. This deserves no stars. Genuine Kevin Murphy products come with a sealed top. I learned that Kevin Murphy no longer made this formulation so was excited to see it on Amazon.When it came both the shampoo and cream rinse had no sealed top which immediately suggested tampering. It smelled nothing like the actual product which I had used several times, and performed terribly. I believe the container had been refilled by the seller or whoever and was not genuine. This product was used on my hair at the salon I go to, and this shampoo and conditioner from amazon is very different. It doesn't smell like the stuff from the salon and it makes my hair feel very greasy, the stuff from the salon didn't do that. This shampoo and conditioner is much cheaper through this seller, but I really don't think it's the same. It's not worth it. Read more

I've been using this combo for a couple of months thinking it will start hydrating eventually. I'm not seeing any change, in fact my ends feel drier. I got the same results as a $5 brand. Btw, I have cut 4 inches off my hair trying to save it. Product did not deliver. Read more
