I bought this because I was going on a last minute trip. I opened the conditioner first, as I condition my hair everyday, and the first thing I noticed was there was no plastic covering the inside. Great. To me, this usually tells me that it is either used and has been returned, or it has been tampered with. I took a whiff of it, and it does NOT smell anything like Kevin Murphy conditioner. It has this weird, nasty perfume-y smell to it. And it isn't the same color as the regular conditioner (this one is more pink than the normal orange-ish color...this will make sense to those that always use KM) or have the same feel.As for the shampoo, it had the cover on it and seems to be authentic as far as I can tell. I am just super mad about the conditioner. When I go and pay this amount of money and get a half-real/half-not real order, that infuriates me.Do NOT buy from this seller; either find a different one, or find a salon to buy it from. Read more

One of the products came already open (deal was already removed) and the other came just fine (with the white seal over opening). Very upsetting to spend this much on a product and unsure if it’s the correct product inside one of the containers and unsure why they would send one without a seal since that proves it was already open. My stylist recommended this for my son. He has thick, coarse, lightly curly hair. Humidity and workouts turn his hair into a big fuzzy mess. He loves this product and has been using it for a year. He washes his hair daily and it the set lasts about 10 weeks. It costs more but he is satisfied with hair for the first time ever. Read more
