I love this KeraCare conditioner. I used to use it on my relaxed hair, I am now natural. My issue is with the seller (there was no option for seller feedback for this product). There were two sizes listed a 16 oz and an 8 oz. When I clicked on the 16 oz the price was $10.50, the 8 oz bottle was around $13. I thought it was odd and double checked to make sure I was clicking on the 16 oz bottle. I did. What I received was a 8 oz bottle. Buyers we want to choose a different seller or confirm pricing for each size.Update: I used this product last night. The conditioner did not work well on my natural hair at all. It was not very moisturizing and hard to detangle. Will not use again. I have never bought this product before but I am pretty sure this is a fake. I used my normal conditioner before this one and my hair was soft. FYI I have relaxed hair. As soon as I put this in my hair I had a bad feeling. It made my hair feel like literal straw AS IT WAS IN. I felt like I was putting alcohol straight into my hair and my scalp burned. Had to wash my hair w/ shampoo again after to make sure I got it all out. Tried to recondition my hair but the stripping was so bad my conditioner could do almost nothing. I have been using Keracare Humecto Creme Conditioner along with the Shampoo a month now. Do not let the size fool you into thinking you'll run out quickly. You won't run out quickly. With the conditioner I recommend using the Keracare Kera Hydrating Detangle Shampoo as well. Read more

Product arrived with seal missing and was obviously watered down. I've bought this conditioner multiple times in the past and it was always sealed and the consistency was so thick I could turn the bottle upside down and no product would spill out. This time when I took the cap off I noticed there was no seal. I thought it was just a fluke but when I tipped the bottle sideways the conditioner came pouring out all over my hand and shower. The bottle was obviously tampered with. Humectco conditioner is EXCEPTIONAL as it is a thick and creamy conditioner, and wraps your hair in a veil of nutrients which leave the hair feeling soft and silky.Suitable for both male and female hair, and is particularly good for coarse hair which has a tendency to be unruly (which will not be the case for much longer, if you use this product regularly!)This conditioner has a great scent and aroma, which leaves your hair smelling renewed and fresh too.Best to leave this product on the hair for as long as you feel comfortable, and if you have a steamer, then really amplify the results by wrapping the hair in cling film and applying a gentle heat from the steamer for a good hour or so. OK so I have very straight, quite thin Caucasian hair that's dyed bright pink (was bleached before so it's somewhat damaged and I use heat on it frequently). I used this with the matching shampoo (LOVE). I was quite taken aback by the weird feeling this has when you use it.. It made my hands and skin feel really dry? It also made my hair feel quite dry when applying it. It's hard to explain but if you've ever eaten a banana and felt that odd dry feeling on your tongue it's sort of like that 😂Anyway, because of this DO NOT allow it to drip into your eyes or mouth. It's horrible, dried my eyes out like crazy so be careful of any drips in the shower. I washed it out and my hair did feel nice and smooth after leaving it on for about 10mins.I was a bit worried as it had initially felt so dry and after towel drying my hair felt a bit rough. However after blow drying and straightening omg my hair felt like silk!! Seriously this stuff is magical, my hair hasnt felt this good in years. I alternate this with redken as I don't want too much keratin build up and my hair rarely gets dry anymore. It really has worked wonders. Highly recommend anyone try this to be honest.
