I just purchased this and am trying it for the first time....I gave it high marks because if it is like all the other Kenra products I use it will live up to the high rating. i am one of those that only buys my hair products at salons. I have experimented with them all over the years, from Matrix, to Redken, Paul Mitchell, Aquage, to Pureology and more and I was not thrilled with any one product, so I researched Kenra and first tried their Working Spray, LOVE IT....never sticky, leaves my hair shiny and manageable, love the scent and not expensive....same with the Volume Finishing Spray...now this protects and holds it all together without being sticky, stiff and giving me the proverbial helmet head. Kenra products rarely disappoint! My hair is prone to dryness and is thick and coarse. I've never been able to use mousse because the alcohol in most mousse products ruin my hair. Also, most products touting "volumizing" are a red flag for women with thick, dry hair. Usually, we end up with a ratty mess. But this mousse is fantastic! It adds shine and volume without the need to use hairspray. (I don't use hairspray, unless it's Pantene Alcohol free, which is great). My hair was once thick and gorgeous, but over time and because of surgery anesthesia, it has begun to thin, especially on top. By using Kenra mousse, I get the volume on top I want, though not the natural, really thick hair volume I once had naturally. That said, one can't expect everything from a hair product, and for me, Kenra works well and it was money well spent. I will purchase again. Read more

Over the years, I've purchased so many different brands of mousse or similar styling products. Most of the time I've found you get what you pay for. I bought Kenra because of the positive reviews and the packaging reminds me of an expensive salon brand my hairdresser recommended that costs nearly three times the price I paid for Kenra. Guess what! The pleasant scent and the consistency of the mousse are nearly identical to the expensive salon brand. I have fine, limp hair and I feel this mousse makes my hair shiny, soft and with extra body. Excellent product. Read more

I have been using this product and really liked it before opening newest container. I order before actually needing so I have it on hand. Received latest order about 6 weeks ago. Opened today and the dispenser does not work. Now a waste of money bc the 30 day return period is up by a couple of weeks!Received a replacement foe defective container on Feb. 3rd. Used 2 or 3 time and now have same issue with this latest Kenna Mousse, defective dispenser. Product does not come out of container when top is pushed. Thinking I won’t order again. Love, love, LOVE! I have very long, extremely wavy and healthy hair that always has some frizz to it no matter what I do (I've never dyed my hair and rarely apply any heat to it). I tend to stray from using any hair products aside from the typical shampoo and conditioner. I started using this mousse about 4 months ago and let me tell you, it holds the frizz down while still giving my hair some much needed bounce, and you can't tell I'm using any hair product.
