Do Not Buy! This is a knock off/counterfeit. The product with the black top is authentic and is what I have. I have checked Kenra’s site directly and they show the black top as well for their Number 12 mousse. This has a different SKU (shelf keeping unit) number, it’s has different packaging, the product feels different, and it’s a different number of ounces. AVOID! MANY counterfeits in health and beauty. BEWARE! You have ZERO idea what’s in this. Read more
I’ve got fine hair that can get weighed down and look bad if products aren’t lightweight. But lightweight products don’t add volume and hold. Somehow Kenra products manage to do both. Read more

Sold by Amazon.com but NOT returnable for Prime members. This mouse has a heavy, sugary type of smell which is very artificial and unpleasant. Wears heavy on the hair and gives the hair a wet-type of look the first day and a dirty look the next day. My hair is straight and fine, and on the dry side. The product also has paraben in it which I hadn't noticed before sinceI was influenced by so many excellent reviews immediately. I will never try any of the other Kenra products. The product worked great. Unfortunately, after just a few uses, no foam appeared - only a thin liquid. This happened in two different bottles. After the first bottle I thought it was a fluke and maybe an old product. It actually happened sooner with the second bottle. You can tell by the weight that there is still over half left. This product did nothing to "thicken" my hair and as others stated, it made it feel very dry. I also noticed you can really feel the buildup in your hair. Tried a couple other Kenra products and they have not impressed me either. Will use the shampoo and conditioner but won't buy them again. Read more
