Hello there,I used to love this stuff, I used to go to Ulta beauty to purchase it.. But ended up finding it on Amazon for a lot less. It was great the first time, but now the last order from here the consistency is completely different and not the putty and more creme. I got a replacement from Amazon and ran into the same issue once again.Going to live with it until the product I have is gone, but after that I’m going to just buy it from Ulta at a higher price.But the stuff smells and works great normally! The first time I bougth this, it was really awesome. The product was really shocking and I was really happy to found it. Later, when I bought it again, the product itself changed, its components, it wasn't so solid, and firm (number 10) like the first one, it looks so liquid and not to much like a putty as Kenra says on the description. Resuming, it deception me. Hope you can improve it. Read more
Best thing: it smells great. But in my case it didn't perform. It didn't hold a wave, didn't separate strands. It did make my hair dirty way too soon. I do not recommend this product. Read more

Been using this for a couple of years now. I recently bought the 2-pack but the consistency was different. Like others have said, it is much creamier than i am used to (not even close to being a putty)... i do not think it is counterfeit product so i am worried that Kenra changed their formula. anyone has other info? Does an excellent job by allowing you to control your hair, but don’t use too much or else it will give your hair a greasy appearance. Put a small dab no bigger than a pea on 3 fingertips is all you need & then rub both hands together & rub into hair. Read more
